I am writing this review to convey my distressing experience at the PetSmart store in Milford, specifically regarding an interaction with a cashier, an older lady with blonde hair. As an associate at the Mason location of PetSmart, I approached this staff member in a professional manner, only to be met with a response that was both uncomfortable and disrespectful.The level of skepticism and rudeness displayed by the cashier was profoundly unsettling. She questioned my credentials as an associate in a manner that felt more accusatory than procedural. This interaction left me feeling disrespected and targeted, contributing to an overall sense of discomfort. The experience was exacerbated by what appeared to be an underlying racial bias, making the encounter not only unprofessional but also deeply troubling.Given this experience, I have decided not to return to the Milford location. This decision is significant for me, as it means I will have to travel further from my home for my pet shopping needs. However, the discomfort embarrassment and disrespect I experienced during my last visit have left me with no other choice.I trust that PetSmart values customer feedback and will take this incident seriously, ensuring that future interactions at all your locations are conducted with the professionalism and respect that every customer deserves.

I order online and pick up, usually dog food and cat litter. They are always prompt when I arrive. I also purchase crickets and worms for my reptiles. Everything is usually high quality. If I have any outdoes l issues they take care of the problem right away. Great job!

I have a good experience. I found what I needed fairly easily and the employees were nice, friendly and helpful. Checking out was not bad either. It was quick and efficient.
