I do not post anything negative unless it is/was bad. I went here in the morning.. no problem .The gentleman was friendly and helpful and I got what I needed. Well later I needed some a few other things,so I asked "B" to help me find 3 things....we were walking to the last row and I asked him which product did he think was the best , he had left me and went upfront and was talking about getting breakfast tomorrow. I purchased my items. Thought about it, The next day I waited till the store was empty and I told the gentleman he was rude and I returned everything I purchased
His response was I didn't talk about breakfast
No sorry.. nothing. I won't go again.

Do not purchase Batteries at O Reilly. When they sell you a bad battery with a warranty they will make you wait hours to attempt to charge it before they make a decision to refund or give you a good exchange. Been waiting 1 1/2 hours and they still are making me wait longer to see if it will charge. They initially said it would take up to an hour ! . Answer is Do Not Buy A Battery At O Riellys

Extra mile, ran out of gas today in Milford luckily there was a O'REILLY'S auto parts across the street went there to purchase gas can a clerk named clay drove me and my wife to gas station then took us back to our car and then put gas in our car.. so that gives them at least 3 extra stars .....
