They are constantly mixing up my medication, my order is always wrong. They’ve delivered my medication to the wrong suite and then asked me to travel to where my medication was. Don’t even get me started on the billing. They’ve double billed me. They have submitted claims to the wrong insurance company. Then they want to try again a year later and I have a surprise bill because they notice their error. I’m at their mercy because they know I need it. I’ve contemplated switching specialists just to get away from option care. Kim Kelley was great to work with and understanding of my frustration. Leslie has been too. They have a lot of issues they need to work on. I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

The experience since switching from Walgreens infusion to Briova and now Option care. Man I wish I could go back to Walgreens infusion. Option care calls me weekly saying pay your balance or we are going to send balance to collections and then when I call the office to check balance there is no balance on my account. Who is running the billing office. This is ridiculous.

When Optioncare merged with BioScript, it was a bit rocky. Scheduling was extremely difficult. Trying to reach Leslie was very frustrating. I would leave messages and calls were never returned. I only had 1 glitch this time. Doctor changed my infusions to every 6 weeks and apparently the order did not reach Leslie. I called and left a message for both she and Cindy. Both returned my calls promptly and problem was solved. Now, let me heap some praise on the Lombard pharmacy team. Absolutely wonderful!. My IVIG gets shipped to my home and it is always packaged so well! Easy to break down into daily needed supplies, ice packs covering the Gamma Gard, bubble wrapped because the bottles are glass. Always arrives on time. Another individual I've had the pleasure of speaking and leaning on is Natalie in Illinois. She is just a jewel. Always so helpful, even if it's not her area. She knows who to reach out to for the patient. Last but not least. The nursing staff at the infusion center on Wesley Ave here in Norwood. 5 stars across the board. Terri Jung is my primary nurse, and I cannot say enough good things about her. When a patient walks through the door the warmth, kindness and professionalism is wonderful. Each patient is treated with utmost care. It's as of you're the only one there. I've had several, all are superb.So, with this being said, thank you Optioncare. You are saving my life.

Changed insurance plans and let them know on the first of November. They got my information and began working the case. The person handling my case went on maternity leave (as I found out later), and no one followed up with me. My life saving medication would not be delivered to me on time because no one had reached out to get my pre-auth. When they finally got to work on it and I tried to schedule delivery, they informed me another company entirely was responsible for the delivery. I am now three days overdue, working with a separate company to try to get my medicine delivered. Incompetent, uncaring, and lazy.
