“I had some multiple issues with my phone and came to the Milford Riverside store twice with it. The second visit I was helped by Ashley who spoke to two separate dept's to see if the problem was covered by warranty or insurance. In house, she conferred with a supervisor and the problem seemed chronic. She's had the phone replaced for me

“New update on this place. Mod prices still alittle high but the people who work here are awesome and will help you 100% of the time. Vape juice prices very reasonable and they told me last time they would order some of my coils and when i showed up today they had them. Top notch customer service. I love the dragon brew carmel cappuccino flavor.”

“I visited this store because I needed to pay off our phones so we could unlock them. Ian was the representative who helped me. Though it was his first week, he was very knowledgeable about how to help me! We were a great team trying to troubleshoot how to submit an unlock request. Though we were not able to get the unlock request submitted (due to technical issues with AT&T’s website) I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. Ian was awesome! I’m so glad he was there to help me!”
