I didn't realized there was two locations. I booked a unit in both accidently. I never moved anything into either one because the time someone got back to me I had to make other arrangements. It cost me an extra day for a rental truck. I was told by a manager I could get refunded for one of the units but didn't happen. Hasn't responded to emails. Be careful with renting with them . Poor customer service.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this storage facility. This place was recommended to me by my boyfriend who had storage here a few years back. The cost is affordable. The facilities themselves are spotless. Entry and exit are a breeze. The hours they are open make it so convenient for me to access my stuff whenever I need it. I’ll continue to use this place for my storage needs!

Have had 0 contact with any human while renting this storage unit. Paid online, set up auto pay online, got the code to enter and exit online, only human interaction was a person asking me to review a metal door and a concrete floor that I pay for to store my belongings.

Milford Self Storage is very clean. It is an open area and you can feel safe there. Have seen other storage places who have gates and the gate is always open. Here you get a code and the gate is actually down. Would recommend if you need a storage place.

I did the paperwork to rent a storage unit and was told by staff that it would not cost me anything if I cancelled the next day. I canceled the the next day and was told it would cost $18 for admin fees. I accepted the fee. The refund check issued charged me $37.45. Nothing was put in the unit and it was rented for less than 24 hours. Three different stories - it went from no charge to $18 admin fee to $37.45. It's difficult to trust a storage company that tells you three different stories.

This storage unit will charge u anything! I moved out in December already paid my month for December. I check today I got charged 100 dollars cause a little box was left behind they refuse to give me a refund because of a forgotten box! They will find anyway to take ur money! Don’t come here! They will be nice at the beginning then screw u over in the end! Wouldn’t recommend them! Disgusting how they treat there costumers! A single mom an ur gonna refuse to give back my money for my child! Because a box was left behind

Highly recommend this place, after housing our stuff in the "climate controlled" units at public storage and finding humidity and some temperature damage to our items - we were very picky with where we chose next. Milford Self storage, with the indoor climate controlled units were always great. We used them in the summer and fall - we visited our unit often, almost weekly, and the temperature never fluctuated - we are extremely pleased with them and will use them when we need storage again.
