I broke down a hour away from home and had to wait for a tow. So I call the guys over at Milford Auto Care which I have never been there before and they got me in Today and Got me moving and I was back on the road driving home. I feel they went above and beyond to help me out when they didn't have to. Great Guys and Fantastic Service!!!! Thank you Guys

I owe Junior big time. I was going to drive up 7 hours to get a 1994 Buick Park Avenue. The dealer had limited photos and indicated it was garage kept and mostly rust free. The dealer also wasn’t willing to drive it 8 to 10 minutes for me to have a pre-purchase inspection before I drove up so Junior and his team offered to go get it and do the inspection. And I am so thankful he did. The car had copious amounts of rust, was leaking oil like nobody’s business, and they had tried to conceal the damage in the photos which ended up being way worse than I thought. I ended up passing on the car because of their honest inspection. It saved me a lot of money time, and disappointment. Thank you to the Milford Auto Care team for being so accommodating, honest and helpful. I wish you guys were here in North Carolina as I know you take care of your people.

Brought my car in, they got up and worked on It first thing in the morning, got it back early that afternoon, and it’s running like brand spanking new !! So grateful for an easy, pleasant experience!!

We were afraid it was going to be a massive repair Milford Auto Care got in there found out it was an electrical problem that was pretty easy to fix in a way a few hundred dollars he had a wonderful job and they did it quickly I would definitely go there again

I came to milford to buy a used car with my daughter. We made an appointment with milford auto care and they got us right in when we arrived. They found an exhaust leak quoted a reasonable price and fixed it the same day. I wish I knew of a mechanic where we live that was as professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thanks again fellas!

Five Stars!
Yesterday, I had Milford Auto Care perform a pre-delivery inspection on a used car that I was looking to purchase. For added piece of mind, I figured that an independent mechanic should look at it.
I'm glad I did! While the car had minimal faults (Check Engine Light & Windshield Chip), I needed to perform about $1300 in maintenance (Timing Belt, Water Pump, Accessory Belts) which were needed very soon after purchase.
Add this to the purchase price on the vehicle, I ended up passing on the deal. Had I not had this inspection, I could have made a very expensive mistake!

Based on recommendation from my church, I started to take my vehicles to Milford Auto Care, and am happy that I have. Their integrity is easily witnessed. I recommend their services if your vehicle needs maintenance or repairs.

Honest, fast, fair, friendly. I took my wife's car in for front brake pads, rotors, and serpentine belt. They had previously worked on my vehicle as well. She was hearing a noise/feeling vibration when stopping and we knew the belt needed replacing from previous advisement. Within hours they called to let me know brakes/rotors were not necessary & there was plenty of life left in them. The charge for brakes/rotors was the majority of the bill. They elected to be honest and sacrifice pay by advising us it wasn't necessary & only replacing the belt. Not sure what they did but my wife no longer hears/feels anything when stopping. We couldn't be happier with the personable fairly priced service received at Milford Auto Care. Customers for life!
