I was having issues with the rollers on our garage door. I called up to schedule service at 430pm. They said they would be out within the hour. Austin arrived 30-40 minutes later, installed the new rollers, and was done by 530!
Great service !!! Less than an hour from call to completion!!!
Would most definitely recommend for all garage door needs!!!

Had a good review and now I’ve had to edit it. I spent over $2000 on a new door and 2 months later it broke. They said that it was my fault it broke and wanted to see video footage to prove it or pay them over $1600 to install another door. This is unacceptable.

I had a Garage door get hung up and wouldn't come down. I called at 4:30pm and they were out but 6:00pm. In the process of fixing the door they dropped the door from its full height. When this happened every panel was damaged. It has been more than 4 weeks and they have stopped communicating. I would say "buyer beware".

Avoid this company! Our garage door opener went out about 2 weeks ago. We were informed a new one was needed including new sensors. Since then we have been unable to shut the door multiple times - almost daily. We have contacted them for assistance. The first time we were sent a video via text and told it had to be the sensors. Hours later we were able to get it fixed. This has occurred a couple more times since and we were able to fix it on our own. This morning it wasnt working and when we called the company they argued with us and told us they would come out for $125 and we needed to go to Home Depot and get new sensors. Really?!?!

The man that came out was very nice, but the cost was outrageous. He turned the spring and fixed one other thing, it took maybe 20 minutes and charged me $ 350.00 and didn't have to replace any parts.

Mike worked with me to determine exactly what I needed and the price was great! Austin did a great job throughout the whole installation process and offered to put my dog gate back up when he finished the garage door. Already recommended them to my neighbor! Will call them next time I need service or a new installation.

We have used Mike’s garage repair several times. They have always been very friendly, professional, and timely. Whenever we have called them, they have been able to provide same day service. Most recently they came out and assessed our garage door (which they installed a month prior) without charge, which we really appreciated! They take care of their customers and we will continue to use them for all of our garage door needs!

We called Mike's this morning at 9:00 am when our garage door broke! We had a repair man on-site by 10:30 am and repairs completed by 11:00 am! We are grateful to be safe and have access to our garage. I strongly recommend this service!

Our garage door broke as I left to drop my daughters friend off out of town. My husband emailed Mike’s and technician Bill was here when I got back. The door is fixed now, 3 hours later from breaking. Incredible response time, professional, friendly and fair priced, Will call again!

My garage door cable broke with the door closed and my car stuck inside. Mike’s was at my house within 1/2 hour of calling. The repair person replaced the cables, corrected an interference and tightened the chain. He was knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up when finished, all for the quoted price.

We realized our spring broke on the evening of the solar eclipse and couldn’t get our cars out. We called and an hour later the job was completed! Have also used this company in the past and happy with the service. Our garage door definitely gets a lot of use. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I spent over $1,000 for a new opener, rollers, and door insulation. When the new opener was installed, a cable was snagging on the door as it closed making a loud clanging sound that it didn't make before the new opener was installed. The installer came back and his response was, "I didn't mess with the torsion. I just installed the opener." He then told me there was nothing he could do and it would be fine.
I'm sorry but that is not acceptable. I had another garage door company come out, and not only was he able to fix the door by making a slight adjustment to the track, he also discovered that the installer from Mike's didn't insulate the wiring around the new safety sensors. The second company also told me Mike's Garage Door Repair grossly overcharges, and to prove his point he told me the same opener they installed he would've only charged $495 instead of the $800 Mike's charged for the opener install. Expensive lesson learned on my part.
