The washes are inconsistent. Sometimes they have two people working at the beginning and they actually spray and brush the car to get those hard to reach places and most times now they have one person that just sprays off the number they write on your windshield and that's it. I stopped getting tire shine because I would end up with about 3/4 of each tire shiny and another part still dull or it would miss my right side completely. They really should kind of inspect cars coming out for a little while to see what their system is missing. If there isn't a pre-wash done at the beginning, there are parts of the car that don't get cleaned. I'm glad that they're getting some competition up by Kohl's, right now unfortunately they're about the only place that I can go.

Decent car wash, though I frequently feel like I need go through a second time. Occasionally I've noticed a mildew-like smell after using this car wash. But the staff is always very friendly.

The vacuums here are a problem. 85% of the time they dont work. I've been on the unlimited plan for about a year. Tired of paying extra for vacuums with no suction so I will be canceling today.

There at 11:57, June 12th, paid $24 for the Ultimate, (there was $5.00 discount for today), glad there was a discount! Brought car home and had to wash myself! Hood, roof, trunk all still filthy. Rims still filthy and now have tire shine on them...gonna take awhile to clean those myself as well. $24 bucks NOT WELL SPENT! Going to try CARRIAGE HOUSE.

I had the best visit at this Mike’s Carwash! I’ve always liked going to this Carwash for many reasons- it’s conveniently located on my way home, I prefer the mechanism that pulls my car through the wash instead of the tracks that other car washes have and the staff is always very polite. Well this visit was exceptional! Taylor greeted me and walked me through my options for the different washes, she ensured me that they could help get some of my problem spots cleaned on my car that usually get missed when going through a car wash. She was very kind, helpful, professional and represented this location and the Mike’s Car Wash brand very well! Reid helped spray my car off before I entered the wash and made sure to get the problem areas I had mentioned to Taylor. Their communication was on point and I could tell she took the extra time to share the details we discussed with her teammate/ coworker. I will definitely be returning to this location and will continue recommending it to my friends and family. Thank you Taylor and Reid for providing me with such a great experience!

Attendant tried to charge me 2 dollars to much for the 22 dollar wash. Then tried to act like it was a mistake. Requested no tire shine. Got tire shine ( again ). When I ask them to spray off my rims the girl at the entrance was leaning on the wall when she sprayed them. Couldn't be bothered with fixing her screw up. Talked to the lady next to me at the vacuum and she said she thought it was 24 dollars now. Had to show her my receipt. Milford Mike's car wash is as bad as it gets. Carriage house car wash for me for now on.

Did a good job at cleaning my car. However it is a little pricey as compared to other carwash. The spinning brushes seemed to beat harder on my car than what I think is necessary.

Fast and friendly service. I buy the unlimited package pull up no waiting in line to pay for your wash. My car always looks great after the wash. I highly recommend the Milford location.

The car washes are always decent, not great. About what I expect from an automated car wash and I accept that I am too lazy to wash my car by hand.
But, this morning, I had an issue with one of the vacuum stations. One side wasn't working properly - meaning, the power in the vacuum was low. I let the manager know afterwards and essentially got blown off. I get it, it gets busy, you can't always deal with issues immediately. But tone-wise, don't ever tell a customer, almost verbatim, "So I'll get to it when I get to it." One, at least offer me money back. Two, just say thank you (which they did do) and you'll go shut the station down now. That needed to be done immediately, because it's unfair to keep it open and allow others to pay for it, even if it's just $2. Piss poor attitude and a complete lack of composure. Breaking news big fella...when it's sunny out, you're going to get busy. Relax, do your job.
