Just a quick note, the one star review is in no way shape or form a review of our salesperson on 11/10. If I were rating the quality of our interaction with our salesman alone this would be a 5 star review.This was not our first experience with Mike Castrucci, but it is most likely our last. The first experience would have also earned a 1 star review. The salesman in the first encounter was very unhelpful and didn't even attempt to help us buy a car. We only returned because I was rear-ended and my vehicle was towed to their facility.My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Mike Castrucci on 11/10. The vehicle was listed online as new, and included pictures of the odometer at 3 miles. We arrived to discover the vehicle was actually a courtesy vehicle with 2,700 miles. Aside from the misleading advertising we decided this was not a problem and we decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. When we arrived home and set up Ford Pass we discovered that the vehicle had not had an oil change on it prior to it being sold to us, there was only 50% oil life remaining. This vehicle was sold as a new vehicle and as such should have had an oil change. Quite honestly I have never purchased a vehicle, even used, that hadn't had an oil change performed. I called the dealership to inquire as to why this hadn't been done and was informed I would need an "I Owe You" document from the time of sale, or that I could use my Ford points to pay for the oil change.Overall experience, other than our salesman on 11/10, has just not been great. The oil change should have been done prior to listing the vehicle for sale.

I don't live in the Cincinnati area but my daughter goes to school there. She recently had a ruined tire and with her crazy schedule no time. The wonderful staff at Mike Castrucci Ford took great care of her. They went above and beyond to get her back on the road in a very quick and convenient manner. I could not have been more impressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone on the Cincinnati area. They were fantastic! Thanks!

I don't live in the Cincinnati area but my daughter goes to school there. She had a flat tire and the folks at Mike Castrucci Ford couldn't of been more helpful. They went above and beyond to get her spare mounted. Then they replaced her blown out tire. They picked up and dropped off her vehicle due to her class schedule being so crazy. They are top notch! Thanks so much for the wonderful service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Cincinnati area. They we're fantastic!

When leaving this service shop I felt like I have been taken to cleaner. Clear money grab Very slimy. Bad radio radio and squeaky belt Wanted 1500 to fix. I declined and they charged me 227 just for looking at it. Stay away fromThis place

Just recently bought my second ford bronco from Ryan Egan and absolutely love it! My first was with Josh Holston, he was great and always had a smile on his face and knew everything about the broncos! Ryan was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped with any questions I had which made it a great experience. He was very quick with numbers and with the help of the used cars manager for a great trade in value. Finance was quick and easy with Charles, he always has a bubbly personality. New cars and Used cars have always been great! Service has always been great! Overall the best dealership around! Thank you!

Ryan & Mr.Lamb are phenomenal they both were so helpful, gave great recommendations, friendly and professional and wasn’t pushy, one of the best experiences I had, including the finance side, everyone was just so welcoming.

I have used Castrucci Ford as my service dealer since 2018 and have never had any major issues, fast friendly service is the norm here. Taylor has been my service writer the last several times i've been to the dealership and she's always been great. For the first time in 5 years, I had my first "issue". My oil change took almost 2 hours as a waiter, and to my surprise without a single complaint, they took care of my oil change for free as an apology for the delay. This speaks volumes to the level of care this dealership takes to make customers feel important and cared for.

Wife had a punctured sidewall on her escape and needed her tire replaced. They said all 4 tires need to be replaced for $1,200 and the extended coverage we purchased either doesn't exist or doesn't cover it.. They insisted they were all worn down to 6/32." Impossible, as this was her 3rd punctured tire in the 20,000 miles she's driven her lease and 2 tires had been replaced very recently. For some reason this time, they refused to honor our warranty. We took it to another dealer, and they replaced the tire free of charge with no problems. Said it was 100% covered under our warranty (which we already knew.)Very disappointing service at Milford. Taking my business elsewhere from now on.

We bought a Ford Bronco a week ago, and we love it. Bill Mason was a no pressure salesperson. We felt valued and listened to throughout the process. The finance person who dealt with us was also super friendly and quick with the process. Overall, it was a very good experience and we'd highly recommend Castrucci, and Bill Mason to you for your next new Ford.

I’m probably going to miss some things but, here we go. This Ford dealer is the best dealer I’ve ever been to in my 52 years on earth. Matt the manager took the time to make a bunch of phone calls to get the right parts and communicated everything to us. Sonny the mechanic was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and showing us. Amanda squeezed us in on short notice. The rest of the staff went out of there way to accommodate our needs and make us feel welcome.

We had such a great experience buying our first family car at Mike castrucci in Milford! They had such a huge selection of cars for us to look for! Our salesman Mike was so helpful in helping us find the perfect car for us. We went with the Ford Explorer and absolutely love it. Nick was also amazing helping us with the financing. We had a great experience and would recommended this dealership to anyone!

I took my Ford into the shop recently to get a repair. Here is what I experienced:1. They did not resolve issue, as it reappeared after receiving the car from service.2. Delivery service arrived 45 minutes late with the wrong car. They then had to drive back to the dealership and bring the correct car, making it 2 hours delayed and causing me to miss significant portions of multiple work meetings.3. Pick up and drop off service was not offered by my service representative Nora - I had to specifically ask and would not have known had a relative not informed me it was available.4. Lots of excuses from folks who assisted me without directly taking responsibility for issues caused, which included delayed shipment of parts, incorrect car delivered and lateness of delivery.Overall, it was a terrible experience with the service department. At this Ford dealer, I get the feeling the employees don’t take pride in their work and are trying to make a buck at every turn instead of pleasing the customer. I would avoid getting service at this dealer at all costs if you like to spend your time and money wisely.

We had such a fantastic experience at Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford. Our salesperson, Brandyn, was super personable and the thing I liked the most about him was that he wasn’t pushy at all. There was no pressure, which made the whole daunting experience of car shopping a lot less stressful. Brandyn was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming about all of the vehicles they had, and it made me feel confident that I was making a well-informed decision and a choice that was right for my lifestyle and situation. Brandyn and Nic (the finance guy) worked together with us to come up with a plan we were comfortable with. Those two, along with everyone at the dealership we encountered in any capacity— were so welcoming and kind— I think in the future it would be hard for us to go anywhere else. When we finalized everything, Brandyn even took the time to help me download the Ford app and show me all of the car’s features. I was so appreciative of that, because a lot of the things he showed me I may not have ever discovered on my own. We drove off feeling confident and excited. I cannot thank the team at Mike Castrucci Ford enough for their impeccable customer service. They really do make you feel like family. Thank you again!
