We just purchased a Mustang Mach-E from Mike Castrucci Ford Milford. Our sales person, Daniel Datar, was perfect from start to finish. Communication was easy and very straightforward. I never felt pressured and felt Daniel would do his best to help me get the car I wanted. The purchasing process was smooth, painless, and quick. Prior to leaving Daniel very clearly walked me through all the features the car has to offer. I would 100% recommend Castrucci Ford Milford because of Daniel Datar.

Went there today, and now I am the proud owner of my new Ford Maverick. I worked with Terry, and he as well as the entire team at Mike Castrucci Ford made my first new car buying experience a great one!
Everyone their treated me like family, and really put me at ease with this important decision. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. You won't regret it!!!

I bought a mustang here 3 weeks ago and it’s already not running. I checked the battery and there was so much corrosion the battery and terminal will need replaced. I contacted them and left a messaged and have yet to be called back after 4 days. I can’t suggest buying a car here because they don’t do basic maintenance before reselling.
Edit: Their response says all you need to know, no attempts to get in touch with me or make it right just a naive thought I'd ever buy another car from them. This was my 3rd one from them, and I would sooner ride a bicycle than buy another. I've turned no less than 5 people away from buying from them through word of mouth and will never stop letting anyone I come into contact with know how dirty of business this dealership does.

I purchased a new F350 through Daniel at Mike Castrucci Ford. I made the purchase agreement from out of state and Daniel picked me up at the Cincinatti airport! I was in/out of the dealership quickly when I got there and I couldn't ask for a better purchasing experience.

They don't let you pick your own car if you're buying used and have $1,000 down payment, they also overpriced used cars that have stuff wrong with them or have lights on the dash as soon as you pull out and then when you call them they tell you to bring it in a week later just to put a code in to make the light go away. 2 months later the light comes back on and there is nothing they can do because you have no warranty. I will never buy another car from them.

What a great experience we had with Brian as our salesperson for the purchase of this 2023 Nissan Rogue. He was extremely helpful and applied zero pressure. I especially appreciated the extended test drive of the vehicle so that I could be certain this was the right car for me. The final purchase process was smooth and efficient. Nick C was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, doing the Castrucci name proud. This may not be the biggest dealership or have the fanciest chairs in the waiting room, but they know their business and they do it right. I would highly recommend.

Go straight to this dealership if you're looking to buy a Ford. I never thought buying a car could be so stress free, their entire team is so understanding and accommodating. Mike Hakimov is the best sales person that I've ever known, he does not play games, does not try to upsell, does not waste your time with back and forth and he genuinely pays attention to what you're looking for and does everything he can to get it for you. Just like me you'll be pleasantly surprised that there are real human sales people out there ?. Great experience, unbeatable price and time saving. Thanks a lot Mike.

Some context before sharing the "great" conversation with their used car salesman. I stated to salesman that I would be seeing private party sale option and trade in option before taking the vehicle on a 24 test drive. I did end up buying the vehicle only thanks to Jim who was equally as embarrassed on the following conversation attached. Laughable experience and will not be returning.

I have a 2017 F-150 that ONLY has 62,000 miles on it. I purchased the extended warranty. I took my truck in to have it worked and found that it needed front wheel bearings. Then I was told it would cost $2,600 to fix it, parts costing $1550. I decided to not have the work done there because I am a mechanic and so is most of my family, I just wanted factory parts put back on it and don’t have the time. After finding this out I decided I’d do it myself. I found heavy duty wheel bearings for both sides for $390!! The parts do seem to be made better than stock parts. Also, my warranty ran out 2 months ago but like I said I only have 62k miles on it. The guy that helped me at Ford, Ed was really helpful but he could only do so much. I’m disappointed with the warranty I was sold and disappointed with Ford in General. I gave 2 stars because of Ed otherwise it would’ve been 1 star. Price of parts is ridiculous. I don’t think I’ll be havin any service done there anymore except maybe an oil change. I come from a Ford family that has worked at the Sharonville plant. Very disappointed especially with prices and the extended warranty!!
