Just a quick note, the one star review is in no way shape or form a review of our salesperson on 11/10. If I were rating the quality of our interaction with our salesman alone this would be a 5 star review. This was not our first experience with Mike Castrucci, but it is most likely our last. The first experience would have also earned a 1 star review. The salesman in the first encounter was very unhelpful and didn't even attempt to help us buy a car. We only returned because I was rear-ended and my vehicle was towed to their facility. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Mike Castrucci on 11/10. The vehicle was listed online as new, and included pictures of the odometer at 3 miles. We arrived to discover the vehicle was actually a courtesy vehicle with 2,700 miles. Aside from the misleading advertising we decided this was not a problem and we decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. When we arrived home and set up Ford Pass we discovered that the vehicle had not had an oil change on it prior to it being sold to us, there was only 50% oil life remaining. This vehicle was sold as a new vehicle and as such should have had an oil change. Quite honestly I have never purchased a vehicle, even used, that hadn't had an oil change performed. I called the dealership to inquire as to why this hadn't been done and was informed I would need an "I Owe You" document from the time of sale, or that I could use my Ford points to pay for the oil change. Overall experience, other than our salesman on 11/10, has just not been great. The oil change should have been done prior to listing the vehicle for sale.

I don't live in the Cincinnati area but my daughter goes to school there. She had a flat tire and the folks at Mike Castrucci Ford couldn't of been more helpful. They went above and beyond to get her spare mounted. Then they replaced her blown out tire. They picked up and dropped off her vehicle due to her class schedule being so crazy. They are top notch! Thanks so much for the wonderful service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Cincinnati area. They we're fantastic!

When leaving this service shop I felt like I have been taken to cleaner. Clear money grab Very slimy. Bad radio radio and squeaky belt Wanted 1500 to fix. I declined and they charged me 227 just for looking at it. Stay away fromThis place

Wife had a punctured sidewall on her escape and needed her tire replaced. They said all 4 tires need to be replaced for $1,200 and the extended coverage we purchased either doesn't exist or doesn't cover it.. They insisted they were all worn down to 6/32." Impossible, as this was her 3rd punctured tire in the 20,000 miles she's driven her lease and 2 tires had been replaced very recently. For some reason this time, they refused to honor our warranty. We took it to another dealer, and they replaced the tire free of charge with no problems. Said it was 100% covered under our warranty (which we already knew.)Very disappointing service at Milford. Taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Went to check out some vehicles on the used lot today. They had a tent up in the lot with salesmen under it and it absolutely reeked like weed. We immediately left and will not be returning. Fix your outrageously overpriced Mavericks and tell your employees to be degenerates on their own time.

My daughter and I called this dealership about a brochure they sent through the mail. The brochure advertised early termination of your lease plus blue book value and 2500.00 on top of blue book value . They also promised to match your lease payment or beat it . We should've known to good to be true . The salesperson (Gary) stated oh yeah we will honor everything on that brochure . Lol until his sales manager gave us a low ball price which was way below blue book and didn't offer not even one thing that was on the brochure . This was a SCAM !!! We were an hour and a half away and we told this to the salesman before we came . What a waste of time . I felt dirty like I needed a shower when I left there after dealing with Gary the old salesman . Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but this dealership .

Avoid this service department at all cost. 6 weeks and they still haven’t fixed my truck. Took 4 weeks to get an appointment for service only to be told it would be at least another 3-4 weeks before they will even look at it.

Brought a brand new Ford Transit conversation van from this dealer. They advertised it having 2 batteries and alternators, which would support the TV, blue ray player, but also the auto start/stop feature to save gas sitting in traffic. Just less than a year into ownership, I questioned my local ford dealer why the auto start/stop never worked. They checked the battery and said it needed to be replaced (only 8k miles), but also we're concerned that there was only 1 battery installed on the vehicle. Apparently during conversation, the company removed one of the batteries. After contacting the salesman to received a hefty commission from my $70k purchase, they redirected me to the conversion company. I didn't buy this vehicle from them!Now another year later, 2 additional batteries replaced, and the auto start/stop still does not work. I would not buy anything from this dealer unless it was 100% directly from Ford! Once they get your money, you are on your own for anything else!!!

Very unhappy with the whole experience when I bought my truck in to have an oil change in the transmission check the girl at the service desk is not knowledgeable the guy in the back room in the service department was too busy looking at his phone to answer any questions and I had to walk to him cuz he motion for me to come back there while he was still on his phone he made me feel like I was bothering and he really didn't have the time but he sat on his phone I will probably look for somebody else to do my oil change and work on my truck

I highly recommend MIke Castrucci Ford. We traded in a Mustang for a newer Mustang that had a power passenger seat that I needed to be able to see out better. The sales staff were exceptionally helpful and nice! They worked with us to make sure we could get the car we came after. They took care of the transaction very quickly which was really nice, too!! They wanted to make sure we were happy and they exceeded!!
