Ryan at Mike castrucci Chevrolet in milford is a liar was told that the interest rate would be good 25 percent is not good we just caught it due to being distracted the whole time this vehicle is going back to them I'm a 100 percent disabled veteran and they aren't doing this to me

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. They have failed multiple times in fixing my car, allowing me to even come pick it up saying it’s fixed, when it is not fixed. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Our salesman, Nick was wonderful. My last new car was 11 years ago and so much has changed. Nick took the time to answer all of my questions, was courteous, knowledgeable and NOT pushy which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Mike Castrucci!

Gary Lamb, Ryan Regge, Adam Simon, Pat Roger's were all wonderful!! This was my second time dealing with Muke Castrucci Chevrolet and it was just as successful as the first time and first purchase from the dealership. Going to a dealership on my own (previously married and the ex did any interactions with dealeeships) they understood my current situation and worked well together to accomadate me. My interactions with the pre certified team were welcoming and smooth. They all worked together to get me what I wanted! Very pleased with this team and dealership! Will continue to go to them when needing a vehicle. Will recommend this dealership to folks I know. Will continue to have my vehicle serviced there as well.

Service rep Lynda very disrespectful. Asked where my key fob was when I paid for oil change . she said she could not see inside my car just look for it. I left 2 phone messages and one email with service manager and no one contacted me. Don’t go there
