I had an outstanding experience with Ryan and Gary at Mike Castrucci used car dealership. From start to finish, their professionalism and friendliness made the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect vehicle for me and my family's needs. Gary's approach was equally impressive; he provided transparent information and worked diligently to ensure I got a great deal. The entire team was courteous and committed to making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car... Ryan and Gary truly made a difference in my vehicle purchase experience!

Probably one of the most painful vehicle repair experiences I've ever had. I dropped my vehicle off with the service consultant Josh and was told it would be looked at the next day. Two days later, no contact. I leave multiple voicemails and texts with no response. Finally, we get ahold of someone on day four or five. The response, we don't have your car. No, wait, it's there, they just lost it. Josh went on vacation, and didn't tell anyone my car was there. It takes them a day to find it. About a week has gone by now but they're looking at it right now. I give them the benefit of the doubt, accidents happen so I agree to wait. Bad idea. It just needs a starter and an impact sensor. Simple repairs, should only take a day or two. We hit day 11. It's finally done but the warranty company hasn't paid even though they've approved all the repairs. Josh can't release my car because the warranty company supposedly hasn't paid them in the past and he has direct instructions from his manager not to release the car and there is nothing he can do to help. A manager might be able to help me but he's busy and probably won't be able to get back to me in the same day. I call the warranty company. They're actually really nice and very efficient, you don't even have to wait on hold. They paid yesterday but it looks like the service center isn't competent enough to give them the correct fax number to actually receive the payment. I get the number and give it to the warranty company because Castrucci isn't really willing to help in any way. They just hold my car hostage. The warranty company is surprised I'm calling to resolve this instead of the actual service center, who should usually be taking care of this part. I make a bunch more phone calls trying to explain everything to no avail. Everyone at the service center just passes the blame to another department. Josh is on another line and can't talk right now. Josh then goes to lunch. I go in person to the service center. I get passed along to all the departments again. They've now received payment, but only a partial payment. I end up resolving it by finally getting a manager who makes one 5 minute phone call and finds out the labor cost wasn't included correctly. The warranty company agrees to pay it on the spot and my car is released after a lengthy 11 day repair. It appears successfully repaired. The incompetence of the office staff is appalling. The whole experience was so unbelievably frustrating.

When I bought my car, the biggest concern I had was with the dog hair/slobber all over the back seat. I agreed to buy it anyway because they agreed to do a full detail if I brought the car back to the dealership even though it’s an hour away from me. This is the state of my car when I got it back. I called immediately and asked what a full detail involved. I was told it means a full clean of the entire inside and outside of the vehicle. I said that didn’t happen with my car. I was told since they were 5 minutes from closing that they would call me back tomorrow. They haven’t called me back. Is this an acceptable “full clean” of the inside of any car? Am I over reacting? What happened to holding people accountable for their work? I’d be embarrassed to pass this off as a finished job.
I did originally give two stars for the work that was actually done in the trunk and on the outside - those two areas look very nice. However, I did recently update my review because I called them on three separate occasions now to give them a chance to make it right. I was told they “outsource the details when they are busy and that they’ll have a talk with their third party provider.” Each time I was promised a return call, but I never got a return call. I feel like doing what you say you are going to do is a very important piece of running a successful business. Hire a third party if you need to, but understand that YOU are responsible for the work that they produce. I’m disappointed to say the least. Now I’m stuck cleaning it, but I guess at least I’ll do it correctly.

Mike Castrucci took great care of my car, I came in with coolant leaking and they got me back on the road pretty quickly. Found out it needed a new water pump
Jessie was great with informing me with any updates on my car. Even though I was stressed out about not having my car she was understanding and made the process much easier. Thank you to the techs that worked on my car and also Jessie for being so prompt and informative!! I appreciate it so much.

Terrible service. Was dealing with Chevy to see if a special service was covered and they asked me if I wanted to pick up the vehicle so I figured it was fixed. No work was done so wasted a trip. I agreed to a repair that they quoted a price via text. Went back to pick it up and they tried to charge about 100 more. Drove less than a week and still had problems. Took it back and they changed spark plugs but again tried to charge about 10 more than text quote. I'm sure they have ripped off people before but I caugt it. I'm probably reporting them to the attorney general. Also count on some shop fees up to 35 they don't disclose in the text quote. I would highly advise going to another shop. To top it off, they now say the engine has an oil leak, burns oil, and smokes possibly needing more major repairs. Never seen this car smoke before. Worst service experience ever. Avoid if possible.

Very disappointed with the service Shawn gave me. Called in about a rental ad I seen on their website. Shawn told me they didn’t offer that service and I told him I seen it on the website. His attitude was very devaluing and passive. I called back to dealership and was talking to another person that assured me that they did offer rental services. He said let me you to someone who knows more, and lo and behold, “Shawn” picked up again. I really didn’t want to do business with him so I read to him what the website said. Once he recognized it was me again his attitude changed from inviting to arrogant and passive.

Ryan and Gary were excellent! We told them what vehicles we were interested in and they were able to find us a vehicle that we wanted/needed and get it within our price range. I would highly recommend working with them and will be visiting them on our next vehicle purchase.

Scheduled an appointment with Mike Castrucci Chevrolet last week for warrantee work on a new truck with 850 miles that is leaking transmission fluid.
Part of scheduling the appointment included the person on the phone asking for the VIN, year, make and model of the vehicle.
Upon arrival for my scheduled 8am appointment I was told that this model of truck is too large for them to work on and I would have to try somewhere else. The first excuse was "its too big to go on the lift" and a second excuse from a different person was "we actually don't have anyone on staff certified to work on it"
No apology or explanation was offered as to why the scheduler who knew the model of the truck made the appointment, despite the staff being under-certified.
I was also told when purchasing the truck that I could take it to "any dealership" for warrantee work, which is apparently not the case.
I recommend avoiding this dealership unless you like your time and the time of the person helping you drop off a vehicle wasted.

If you buy from this dealership. Make sure you check the vehicle out thoroughly. There were spots on my new 2024 Chevy Silverado that they attempted to buff out prior to me taking possession. Yes... they attempted to hide these flaws in my paint. A week after purchase they called to let me know a brand new mirror was in that they had to switch out. Due to it to being stained with the same solvent that was in my paint. . I worked with Mike Eimer, who is not a man of his word. When I drove my truck an hour to have the mirror replaced and the paint looked at. The body shop let me know they would have to repaint the passenger door.Because they had done all they could do with the flaws being so deep in the paint. (A brand new truck). Mike told me they would come and get my truck, have it repainted and bring it back. I have not heard from him and it's been a month. Due to my schedule and me living so far. I will have no choice but to accept this truck the way that it is. I even told Mike Eimer (the salesman) I'm not in Love with the truck and he can have it back if it will not get fixed properly. He stated that we were beyond that. Due to the sale going through already. I will continue to put the world on notice. Not to do business with Mike Castrucci and the salesman Mike Eimer. He's a Bull Sh!??er. That makes other car salesman look bad!!! P. S. I was fully prepared to offer a good review about this company as well. PLEASE DO NOT use this dealership.

1st service on our 2019 Chevy High Country and my wife waited at the dealership while it was performed. Went in for oil change, and tire rotation. I also thought there was a complimentary multipoint inspection (Brakes, Battery, Fluid Levels, Tire Tread Depth Alignment Check, ETC….)? But she did not receive any paperwork with that information for me to review. The factory recommended tire pressures are Front: 60 psi, and Rear: 75 psi, my truck left the dealership with the Front @ 75 psi, and the Rear @ 73 psi? A little unsure about the quality of the work performed.Services: Tires
