Been coming here for years. Honestly the only reason I come is that it is cheap and a mile from my house. SEVERAL issues with this place: * Every time it rains the roof leaks and they put buckets down. Uh, how about fixing the roof?? * Many machines are broken. One elliptical machine has been out of order since March 2023 ( it is now February 2024!) and indeed ALL their ellipticals need servicing. Actually, at this point they are all over 20 years old. MAC needs to invest in BRAND NEW Precor (NOT some off brand!!) ellipticals! * The place is DIRTY. Dust accumulates so bad it grows into the size of a Tumbleweed! There is always dirt on the locker room floor and the shower stalls need bleached more often. * GNATS. Ever since I have been here there are GNATS in the showers! At least there is no daily bag limit. * Useless sinks in the locker room. Motion activated taps with cold water. Useless for shaving. * Many lockers torn up and de-laminating with edge banding coming off. * They cater to the Ladies. Several classes for them and a separate side for women. Really just trying to be helpful and give a few subtle hints. They LOVE IT when you leave positive reviews but not so much when you point out the shortcomings!!

Very nice. Lots of people use the pool. AND lots of classed for the ladies! Think the place has been around a long time.

Just too expensive at about $130 a month (8 classes). That is for only the Her classes. No MAC gym or pool use. I tried a free class and enjoyed it very much (Wendy was the instructor - she's good at it - also fun and friendly). Someone was supposed to contact me with more info on pricing, hopefully with a military discount, but I never heard from them. :( I would love to attend regularly if the prices could come down.

Long time member. MAC has a tremendous amount of workout equipment and something for any level of fitness. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Moved out of state and have provided all documentation requested to cancel my membership. 3 months later still getting charged. Don’t sign a contract here.

Just beware when you sign up, you WILL NOT be able to cancel your membership even if you are abiding by the contract cancellation terms. They will charge you for MONTHS and tell you your membership is canceled, but I promise you that’s a lie. Loved the gym, but the company they use to bill you WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY (over and over again) and lie to you. MAC WILL NOT, (maybe cannot) assist you in dealing with the 3rd party company either.

God forbid you have a problem with your payment method for your monthly membership. They don't handle payment issues in the gym anymore, you have to call a non-US based customer service company. After a while they turn you over to collections if you miss payment. No online portal to change payment methods. Canceling is like pulling teeth. I couldn't cancel early. I even offered to pay my monthly balance in advance for the remainder of the 2 years. Might as well sign your two-year agreement in blood.

We joined those gym because it was to suppose to be $50 a month for the both of us to join. Every other month they take out $100 or more. Because we don't know when they are going to take it out we get overdraft fees. Don't join this gym. If you are not already in shape or way less than 150 lbs people stare at you or whisper about you. This is a horrible gym.

If you want a simple tour of this place, you will need to fill out a form including your email phone address and Biometric data. Then be subjected to Time Share style interogation sales pitch 1 on 1 in a conference room. Needless to say this place was packed and very little room between the equipment. There are much better options in the area and after reading the other reviews, which all have a similar theme Im confident I made the right choice going elsewhere.

They trap you in even if you don't like it there or don't want to go there anymore or find a better gym. IThe weights and equipment is nice and good but I just don't like the gym for different reasons. And no I'm not allowed to cancel.

Terrible management! I saw a Facebook ad on December 12th for 19.99 a month, NO CONTRACT membership and decided to give it a try. What could go wrong? If I didn't like the gym I'd just cancel right? Wrong!! I clicked over to their website and found the only 19.99 plan there, I signed up and visited the gym the next week. After my visit I decided it was not for me. Shortly after, I called to cancel my membership only to be informed that I was locked into a 24 month membership and cannot get out of it. I had inadvertently signed without reading the terms. After arguing with their foreign billing company and appealing to the management, I was basically told tough luck. They also blocked me on social media and deleted my review on Facebook. Such an easy solution... just let me cancel the membership but no, they just want your money. These are not nice people or good managers so I recommend staying away. They got me for 24 payments of 19.99 plus tax... so glad I didn't get the more expensive package. Bad Business!!!!

Nice gym, good staff in house. Billing is through a third party so good luck if you have questions or, God forbid, want to cancel. They make you jump through hoops.A two year contract doesn't mean anything of it has auto renewal.

This is a great club. Check in is easy and fast. The front desk is always excited to see you, the motivation is all around you. The members and staff is always ready to help you with any questions and support.The pool is clean, the equipment is easy to use. They have an air system to add and takeaway tensions. Makes for a great work out.Highly recommend this gym.

How can I describe MAC in 3 words inspiring, kind, and well equipped. Ever since I stepped into this gym I never want to leave it. The staff is absolutely amazing they also greet me when I walk In the door and Amber spoils me with snacks lol. There is so many machines to choose from and so many different rooms. The pool is also really nice. My favorite part of the entire thing is all the nice people you meet and become friends with.
