“What a great experience shopping at Hellman's this past weekend! We came in to order a custom tux for my daughter's wedding and were extremely pleased with the selection, service we received, and attentiveness from Jerry and Bryan. Jerry actually did a lot of planning ahead of time, such as getting my daughter's measurements, making sure she had the correct sizes to try on, and pulling samples ahead of time to match their colors. We had a great experience all around. My daughter ordered a fabulous tux made just for her to celebrate her special day. I would highly recommend Hellman's!”

“Kohls on Fields Ertle in Deerfield Township | Cincinnati Is amazing! They have the best salespersons and always a great supply of merchandise. When they didn’t have something in stock, they would check if they had it at another local store or help me order it online through one of the kiosk. The customer service staff and personnel at the cash registers are particularly friendly and helpful. I always love shopping at Kohls in Governors Plaza.”

“Love the Orvis shop and the guys who work there. I've gone in a few times, and i always lose track of time. When I bought my rod, there was no pressure. In fact, I tried quite a few different ones in different price ranges, and I got help with my casting. I recently took the 101 class and can't wait to take 201. Manuel and Tom were really supportive and encouraging. As someone who has been out floating and wading with guides, I walked away from this experience learning more than I had on those trips. They also seemed genuinely excited to share tips and give advice. I highly recommend the class, even if you're just stepping into fly fishing! You can stay afterward and test out some rods, and take advantage of the extra deals!”
“The vibe in this Old Navy was pretty relaxed. I couldn't find the pants I was looking for so the staff were super helpful and accommodating. Kyleen and Toni especially made sure I was able to find what I was looking for at another location since this one was out of stock. 10/10 very patient and approachable, would definitely come back to this location.”
“Have been shopping with this brand for about 5 years and definitely plan to continue! The quality of their material Pima Cotton is exquisite. U won't find shirts of that quality unless you go to High Price Fashion Designer Brands. Literally a fraction of the cost of a Gucci shirt and much better designs. And the colors there continue to amaze me. A rainbow doesn't have as many colors as Psycho Bunny!!! Love it!”
“This place is FABULOUS from start to finish...I've been going regularly since they opened and the team there is always flawless. They are so helpful and kind, and the store is always clean and organized despite heavy shopping and a massive amount of inventory.Cheaper than TJ's or Marshalls, and way more relaxed of an atmosphere.”

“First time customer- I requested a 3 day turn around and this is the only business of 5 that I contacted to accept me. Upon pickup the owner insisted I try on for him to view- he continued working on my fit until it was perfect, free of additional charge. What a gentleman!”
“My man and I visited on February 6 2021. We went to the Spencer's in the mall. It was a good visit other than one attendant that was a lil rude about wearing a mask. I had just lowered my mask to wipe the sweat off and she immediately said something in a rude tone and it was as if she was snapping at me which I didn't deserve.I have noticed they have added new items I have never seen sold there before and it was nice to have another option of a place to purchase these items. (Chakra, spell books, incense tarot cards, sages of all kinds)”

“Like Chuck Taylors, Vans have a way of making my size 14 feet look even more clownshoes, so I have to be very picky whenever considering their designs. I also have the taste of an 8 year old, so I'm usually only considering their designs when it's something like Mickey Mouse or Charlie Brown. I've had no small amount of luck with both of those IPs at this location, though more in terms of accessories - the shoes can sell out pretty quickly online, so by the time the stores get any inventory, it's either not available in my size or limited to things like socks. Still, I've come away with some wins here!”

“I admit this place has gone a little downhill over the last 5 years but I still appreciate coming to the store, especially during the holidays and seeing what items are for sale and browsing vs just shopping online. They have everything you need from Macys (men's store, mattress, bedding, kids, women's, plus size, fragrance and beauty) and enough traffic that inventory is pretty good compared to the other Macys around town. Love that this holiday season they have an expanded toys r us section with deals and toys for all ages. The customer service is still friendly and great. Parking around kenwood is a breeze. There's also a furniture store across the street!”
“Had a really fun time trying on suit shirts and ties with Thomas who was filling in there from I think the Deerfield location. He is not only professional, knowledgeable and obviously knows his stuff but he made the boring task of trying to find dress clothes absolutely fun! He helped me try things on while juggling other customers needs and always letting me know that he wasn’t forgetting about me. I felt terrible because I am such a skinny runt that there was a limited amount of exact fits for me but Thomas kept on working with what he had and matched out shirts and ties and came up with some great combinations even helping me do some “photo ops” so I could text over the pics to the wife for approval. In the end I decided to check what Jos A. Bank has online in my size to get more selection hopefully and I apologized to James for wasting his time and not making a purchase and he didn’t get upset but just expressed that at least now I know the sizes I need to look for. He is a great asset to their company! Definitely want to go back when I need more clothes for church!”

“Cashier was rude but other than that everything was really nice. Always have. Love Kohl's I think prices are a little high but that's the way of the world right now. Love their clearance. Also wanted to say how happy I was when I found out the Milford Kohl's did not get rid of their jewelry. One of my favorite things about Kohl's is the jewelry, the pricing, the quality, and just everything about it. Most of the Kohl's that I've been are getting rid of their jewelry. Please keep it. I just love everything about the jewelry there and if it's theft there's a way you got to figure that out in order to keep it because it is really really nice. And all my friends too that I speak with are very saddened by the fact that the jewelry is just been disregarded. And I would have given you five stars had the cashier not been unpleasant but I realize people have bad days I've been in retail and the restaurant industry. Most of my life owned several businesses and there's you just need to put that at the door when you come in or talk to someone and just say you can't and I understand how that works but we all have bad days”
