“I originally placed an order online for a new mattress and base. We received the mattress rather quickly but never received the base.
After numerous calls to customer service and other locations I was losing hope, but that all changed when I called the Kenwood location. The sale associate (Taylor) was extremely helpful and resolved our issue with in a matters of minutes! We are FINALLY going to receive the base we have been waiting.
I highly recommend the Kenwood location!!”

Rand helped us to decide by moving the display couch pieces over and over! Shipping wasn't overnight, but if you are buying a custom piece, down to the fabric, they do need time to make it and send it. Truly a wonderful experience!!”
