EDIT: This is not an issue with the Milford store Lowes Corporate please don't pass the buck here....This is an issue with the fact I was informed at the Milford store that no Lowes does any sort of store credit without being able to look up the transaction or having a receipt now!
Doesn’t do store credit for returns anymore as of March 2024…..only returns with credit card or receipt…unethical for sure!!!

If you need any sort of help in the garden department Caleb is your man! Every time I go in there he is so helpful and kind not to mention, friendly! I’ve never had such a pleasant conversation with a stranger whilst shopping! Truly a sweet soul!

Terrible experience! My elderly mother accidentally left her phone sitting at the self checkout laying next to the basket. I called less than 20 minutes later telling the woman at “Customer Service” what had happened. She gave the impression that she hates life or maybe just people in general, but who am I to interpret her tone and attitude on the phone as a customer? This interaction took place over 3 calls. The first asking if a phone was turned in and telling the store where it likely could be found. The second conversation went along the lines of:
LOWES EMPLOYEE: There have been no phones turned into customer service.
ME:I understand that mam, but could the person at self check out take a look? I know it is there as I have checked its location.
LOWES EMPLOYEE: I just walked over there and checked. There is no phone. Mam, I have other customers.
ME: Ok, what is your name?
Then I was hung up on. I called back to speak to the store manager and unfortunately they were not in today. I asked to speak to the manager on duty for customer service. That was Sierra. She told me that she had no clue who I spoke to as there were about 15 employees working the customer service desk. I let her know the time period that this took place and asked her to reference to the call recording as the prompt says that they are recorded. Sierra said that she was not capable. How does the customer service manager on duty not have access to the customer service data to manage? My mother came into the self checkout and picked up her phone exactly where we were told it was not. Sierra went on to tell her that the customer service woman would not have been able to leave the desk to go look for it as she had other customers. So who is lying?? I’m a bit confused and extremely disappointed in the service that we have received this evening as we are long time customers. Unfortunately, this will likely make no difference, but the public deserves to know.

No help when looking for it in the isles.. Only self check out lanes open with one associate who clearly shouldn't be in charge of 4 registers even if they're meant to be run by customers. Place is clearly not employing enough people who have a clue what they're doing.

Do not get any major appliances delivered from Lowe’s. Ordered a new dishwasher may 1st. The first picture shows a pretty sizable dent in dishwasher. I got a second one a few days later and the second picture shows how messed up that one was. The door did not latch due to so much damage to the door itself. Also I have to go through Bosch now as Lowe’s washed their hands from it due to their two day return policy. Go somewhere else!

Walked the window & door area for someone to order windows from. Finally went to another department and talked to someone.He gave me two names of who would be there to assist me 35 minutes later I chose to just go somewhere else to order my windows. An hour looking and waiting for a window person to show up to their department is just too long.

Old lady at return desk super rude about explaining lifetime warranties on certain tools only had questions but had to go about it super rudely definitely won't be shopping at Lowe's anymore

I bought a Zero Turn from this location. Two weeks later the deck belt snapped. I was not comfortable with the purchase, worried that something else might be wrong with it, so I returned it and purchased a new one. This is obviously a big purchase item so as the consumer, I wanted to make sure that I was protected in case of a faulty product. The reason I’m writing this review is because the customer service was impeccable. This was a very uncomfortable situation to navigate, but their whole team showed me that they value me as a customer. They did things the right way, and I walked away as a happy customer. Kudos to your team, this is why I do business with Lowe’s.

Typical big box store, walk in get what you need, pay walk out. Nothing special like you want. If you want me to be impressed, allow for more competition from smaller places, but you are what we have, so you are what we use.
