I have been a State Farm customer with Lonny Key for 37 years. Lonny and his staff are available at all times, professional, friendly, and caring. Greg and Josh go above and beyond when helping with our home, autos, and boat policies. Our 3 adult daughters continue with our State Farm tradition. They feel like they are apart of \\\"Lonny's family\\\" as well. I cannot say enough positive things about this agency.

I had full coverage insurance on my 2012 vehicle, Lonnie Keys State Farm agency was recommended to me by my friend, so I called them. I was given a much lower quote that what I was currently paying, so I made the decision to switch to State Farm. I made sure to ask Josh if the transition could be made without any interruptions in coverage as in, no lapse of coverage as I transferred from my current insurance company and coverage over to State Farm's coverage. Josh assured me that there would be no lapse in my coverage during this insurance change-over and that I'd be covered without ANY lapse of insurance coverage. So I went ahead with the change and switched from Farmers to State Farm. About a month later I get some letter from State Farm telling me that they're dropping me! I can't believe this, so I call good old Josh...only to be told that State Farm NEVER intended to drop me but that my rates were going UP because I scored a 3 because I was searching for better (cheaper) insurance. Since when are you the customer penalized for searching for cheaper rates?! So my rates went up about 15.00 a month, but that was better than being dropped, right? So...about a month later I get a call from dear little Josh...guess what? He informs me that when he figured up my rates a few months before, he was off, I asked how off? And he said way off and we repeated that a couple times when I finally insisted he tell me and when he told me that my rates were going to DOUBLE I lost it and told him that I would find insurance elsewhere. Josh said he didn't blame me, that he wouldn't pay that amount either. Well when I went to another insurance agency I found out why my rates went up so high...Dear sweet Josh allowed my insurance to lapse a few months earlier when I switched over from Farmers to State Farm! I couldn't get a hold of Lonnie Keys...seems my calls weren't getting past Dear old Josh, I guess. Im not the only person this has happened to, it happened to my neighbor as well. State Farm is great? Maybe another agent would be....

Lonny is a great agent and also the people working for him. I got my insurance through him about 15 years ago. They have always taken care of claims right away. 100% satisfied with their work. Very friendly and they love dogs. I have never had a desire to look for insurance any where else. Trustworthy.
