Easy digital check-in, super fast processing, blood draw was flawless and people often have trouble finding my veins. I was in and out in 10 minutes. No appointment needed. Highly recommend this location.

The two women working were extremely efficient and helpful. Miranda was one I didn't catch the others name but they were great at handling folks with appointments and walk-ins during a busy day. Would definitely return

Super fast. Krissy is a fantastic phlebotomist. First try got the vein great. I had an appointment on Saturday morning, showed up 30 minutes early and was done less than 10 minutes later.

Attitude abounds!I have been going to this labcorp for several years as the location is quiet and usually well run. Most importantly, I received nearly perfect venipunctures and I can be like getting blood from a turnip. The past two times, the people (2 different) at the front desk displayed the worst customer service. Rude, condescending and dismissive. I hope to see that this behavior does not become a culture here. I typically would have rated a 5, but at present I no longer am able to say that.

We're all a little tentative about getting blood drawn, but when it's necessary, it's great to have a place like LabCorp nearby. It is remarkably easy to get an appointment online, the check-in process is extremely simple, and the staff are excellent. Thanks for making it a comfortable experience!

First visit to this location today. I was leaning toward 3 stars just because of the LabCorp business practice of staffing one person after 12 to do everything - check in, enter labs, greet people, answer questions, and still try to do the actual phlebotomy in there somewhere. I happened to schedule and appointment which put me ahead of the walk ins in the call back order, and it was a busy day, so some people were getting upset. This rating is for the phlebotomist on staff today. I sadly don't have her name, but she was professional and did the best she could under the circumstances. She knows what she is doing for a difficult stick person such as myself, and she made quick, painless work of the lab draw, which is nothing short of a miracle for me.

This place is a joke. It is completely disorganized, a waste of time and space. A "company" that deals with anything medical shouldn't be able to operate like this. I will never be back.Making an appointment is useless. Checking in online will get you completely ignored. Good luck if an actual doctor sent your lab orders to them because they won't be able to find it; and you know how many good doctors just hand lab orders to their clients to keep track of.I checked in at 1:28 for a 1:30 appointment. Around 2:00 I finally gave up and just left. They weren't even busy at that time. It feels like they are just lazy.

The location of the actually building is not correctly positioned on the map. There map itself has no spot for placement of the proper location, however it is not difficult to find. The directions will lead you to the shared parking lot of the business. Simply drive around the building you're directed to and you will see the lone standing Labcorp facility building at the end of the lot. As for the business, the staff working there today were both amazing and made me feel comfortable. Very polite and professional.

The absolute worst customer service. The techs were talking about the patients right at the window. Saying things like, “these people don’t listen to directions” and “they’re like vultures.” Totally unprofessional and rude.

The location of the actually building is not correctly positioned on the map. There map itself has no spot for placement of the proper location, however it is not difficult to find. The directions will lead you to the shared parking lot of the business. Simply drive around the building you're directed to and you will see the lone standing Labcorp facility building at the end of the lot. As for the business, the staff working there today were both amazing and made me feel comfortable. Very polite and professional.
