I spoke to the manager at Milford Krogers. I had him read an article about bottled water left in the hot sun can cause cancer. He told me he would take care of it but no action has been taken. I will no longer buy water from them. For your safety please be careful.

You shouldn't have to check everything you buy to make sure it's not months past it's expectation date. Have gotten home with one too many expired foods from being in a rush and not searching for the date on every single item, even mentioning it to them sometimes leads to nothing being done as the same expired food will be there the next time I shop, which will be weeks later!

Frequent overcharges on sale items. Absolutely have to review every receipt especially when playing Krogers 5 item game. Costco and aldi never seem to have this problem.

BEWARE! Check your receipt before leaving. I had batteries ring up for $2 more than the price it listed, so I had someone go check, and they came back saying the price is correct. I went to check myself and the price sticker that was there was gone, and the employee that went to check had the price stickers in their hand. I didn't want to cause a scene over $2, but I will never be shopping or buying gas at ANY Kroger ever again after this. This is the final straw after multiple other issues in the past, including expired food and horrible delivery experiences. The location especially has gotten worse and worse, but I draw the line at price scamming.

You'd think store less than 20 minutes from the corp headquarters could be well stocked with fresh food. Click list orders always out of stock, produce is almost expired or half rotten. The meat is ridiculously priced and low quality. I miss the quality of Giant Eagle or Wegmans. Kroger is a joke. They rely on the lack of competition. The employees are incredibly friendly. They just work for a terrible company

Tried to do a simple return at 8:30pm. Apparently their customer service desk closes at 8. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

For the last 3 years every time I go to this Kroger I hear security being called or a code being called over the speakers. I've not done anything wrong so I never worry about it. However I've started noticing the same people never carrying groceries following me. Security is called by the time I reach the bakery every time. Sometimes the police show up and then leave without anyone. I've been told to record my trips to the store and take pictures. I'd rather just be able to shop in my hometown with my daughter without discrimination.

Navigation in the store is horrible for people using electric carts and scooters!! They put so many things in the aisles sometimes directly across from each other and then the "pickers" are often there in the aisle too.
It's ridiculous!!
