The KimTim Team made buying my first home so much easier than I could have imagined. It was incredibly overwhelming at first, but their patience and knowledge helped me feel comfortable with every option available to me along the way. Even when we ran into some difficulties during the closing process (due to the seller), It felt like we were a team trying to find the best strategy to make the purchase a win for us. Took some great advice from a friend and chose the KimTimTeam to guide us through the home buying process. We could not have been happier! Mike and Amanda showed us several homes as we really honed in on what was most important to us. THE Tim was able to fill in and show us homes when our amazing realtor wasn't available (Mike is a boss!) so we were always able to see what we wanted. This team is truly ON IT and super helpful every step of the way. Mike was very knowledgeable and pointed out potential issues that we never would have noticed. Start to finish, it was a stress-free experience all the way to closing (which happened on time) and we got our amazing home well under asking price! Thank you KimTimTeam!!!!

I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what to expect. Sydney made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained each step of the process. Brett came on after I found the one and he was instrumental in getting past all of the snags we encountered with other parties. He stayed on it and got everything done. I would have never found my home without Sydney and Brett. I am so grateful for everything they did to help me through this huge milestone in my life. If you are selling your home, I highly recommend going with Tim and Kim. They were awesome during the entire process. Our house sold in less than a day! They even sold my parents house years early, which I didn’t even know about until already selecting them as our Relator. My parents also had the same experience!

My family and I have sold a decent amount of homes within the past 10 years. We have definitely found our go to realtor, the Kim Tim Team. When we bought our home the Kim Tim Team represented the previous sellers and they had a nice personal touch by having a welcome home sign when we closed on our home. Recently, we decided to sell our home because we needed no steps and wanted a more maintenance free life. The Kim Tim Team was truly AMAZING throughout our entire selling process from helping the process go smooth with excellent communication, little treats to keep us from stressing out, and just a very personable team that was their to guide us through each step of the sale process. I valued mostly from the Kim Tim Team great communication and they all treated us like friends we had known forever even though we just recently met them. The Kim Tim Team is the BEST PICK for all your real estate needs and I can guarantee you will be happy with their help. Tim is very professional and his marketing skills exceeded my expectations. Amanda was great to get our contract done and was very patient with making changes. Nick was so nice and went above and beyond to made sure to photograph our home to show buyers what our space had to offer. Kim was very sweet and guided us through accepting our offer and giving us advice to get us the best deal possible. Brett was so amazing with communication/tips as he kept up on everything from inspection period until closing and was very detailed orientated with next steps. Brett attended closing with us and made sure we were well taken care of just like a friend would do.
My advice for sellers is to first take Tim’s lead on pricing your home, keep very minimal amount of stuff in your home so buyers can truly imagine their self living in your home, clean in between showings to make your house show well, and try to be patient throughout the process. My advice for buyers is make sure you don’t buy anything during the buying process to mess up the sale of your dream home and take time to look at multiple houses to find the right home.

I worked with the KimTim Team for the sale of my house and purchase of a new construction. I interviewed three different agents/agencies and was thoroughly impressed by the KimTim Team's expertise and personal touch to every question I had! They were amazing!! I sold my house for more than I thought I would end up getting, and way more than the other agents/agencies had wanted to list for. On the build end, their advice was invaluable on the layout of my new build and where to focus at for upgrades, etc... I would absolutely use them again for any selling or buying needs!!
