Has had our car for 2 months and wants to charge us for work and parts that were not the problem and didn’t fix the problem

The Ft Thomas shop refuse to complete the work that’s covered by my mopar warranty. Spend 75,000 on cars since 2019 and there general manager tells me along with Sam and Scott to go different dealership.

Shady! Advertised price versus actual price. Having to pay for their additional add ons that are "mandatory" that you didn't ask for on top of the sell price. I, of course, didn't buy from them and never will.
