First time customer, I chose based on positive reviews, and family owned. They fixed only what was needed, and no pressure to do more than needed. Their service was polite and friendly. I will definitely use them again when needed.

Great mechanic shop! It's really hard to find a shop that is honest, reliable and reasonably priced. I give these guys 6 stars!
They go above and beyond to take care of my vehicles. I will be bringing all of my fleet vehicles for my company to these guys only. I have had nothing but bad luck with shops until I found these guys! Thanks guys, really appreciate everything!

With the frigid temps outside. I couldn't go another day without heat in the truck. Stopped by and talked to Tom and his team and they replaced the heater core and got the heat back for me.Good things come to those that wait and not to mention, Tom was very fair about the repair and labor cost involved and walked me thru the process. For that I truly appreciate you and your time sir.May God continue to bless us all.Your friend Alex

Very good work. I've taken my vehicle to them multiple times and they are very good at what they do and very efficient. I've had 2 different coolant leaks both fixed and not too pricey. Had engine issues also and was fixed quickly. I highly recommend them for repairs and anything else car related.Services: Auto water leak repair

I can’t say enough great things about Jacobs Auto Service!! Tom is always pleasant, honest and fair in his quotes on timing and cost of services. Amazing customer service and reliable auto maintenance/repairs. Once they figure out what my car issue is, they will call me to explain what my options are and let me decide how they will proceed. Simply the most reliable, honest and fairly priced auto service I have ever dealt with! I’ve been taking my car to Jacobs for years and will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!!
