“Home Depot is fine. We’re working with them on a kitchen remodel.
However after a 3 hour visit with the design staff,I’d like to know who thinks heavy metal music is a good choice for their background music? For crying out loud it’s a mind numbing assault.”

“I was at Tractor Supply earlier today and had the best shopping experience ever....hands down. I bought several items and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wanted some grass seed and straw, but wasn't sure exactly what to get.The store associate assisted me in picking out what would work best. He even helped scan my items at the self checkout including putting a 50 pound bag in the back of my car along with all of my other items. Excellent customer service!”
“This place is bigger then normal. Went to look at a couple things found alot more then i expected. I got a good pair of work gloves for cheap. They jus built the place in a couple days an it looks nice an clean. I will be posting a pic soon i didnt get one the first visit but this place is nice an its right by oreilys so you can get parts an stuff close if they dont have it you dont need it”
“Menards has a tremendous selection of stuff. Tools light fixtures you name it. And if you take the time to fill out the form you get 11 percent back which can be a pretty good amount of money if you're buying something expensive. Had to hunt around for the drywall mud because their website said it was a aisle 127 but there is no aisle 127. Finally found an employee and got that straightened out.”
“I come here all the time to use the pet wash station, and my husband will refill our propane. Make sure to ask for towels at the front for the pet wash. Staff is friendly, our doggos know to expect a treat when we check out.”
“Would you please sell Wooster paint brushes. I hate home Depot but I can't get Wooster paint brushes in your stores so I have to go there. Purdy are the worst brushes but you keep selling them. I tell management and no one listens.”
“I buy remodeling items and bird seed here. Actually when it comes to birds, I only purchase suet cakes here. I purchase the hot pepper suet, and the squirrels leave it alone. They no longer provide a discount for multiple purchases of suet cakes. Great plants here also. Good Christmas items here.”
“Maybe the only hardware store that sells Yardworks brand, which is lower priced than other brands. I got a Yardworks mower in 2021 and it's still going strong”

Fantastic experience and service today from both Geoff and Nancy K.! Both were extremely helpful and very polite! Geoff noticed my aimless walking about and checked in to see if I needed help and guided me to exactly what I was looking for quickly and effectively! Nancy K. was just as helpful when it came to finding my pick up order and went through all the trouble of finding it in the back for me and bringing it out on a cart which was a big help! Very fast and experienced staff and service today! Will come back for future needs!”
“Lowes usually has everything I need. I think one time they didn't, and I had to go somewhere else. Normally, they are wll stocked!! They have very helpful people too!!”
“The Ridge store staff are far more friendly and helpful than the staff at the Mason store. At Mason, employees often give careless responses such as, “If we have it, it should be in that area.”. I am not sure why but staff seems to be stressed out except there are a few fresh new young employee front/cashier staff.”
