I am a new customer for Harky's Motorsports. I have a three year old Indian Super Chief and for the last few years i have been luke warm on wanting to ride this bike. After talking with Jake Harkelroad about annual servicing of the machine, I took a leap of faith toward a stage three muffler system and a new electronic tune to coordinate with the parts.
I picked up the bike and fell in love with the new sound and the feeling of power that now pulses through the handlebars. It's so much better than new that I can't picture riding anything else for the rest of the season.
Harky's gave great service and advise while at the same time saving me serious money. I will continue to be a Harky's fan, They will always be my mechanic.
Thanks for the new lease on riding.

Had my Harley in here before the winter and they worked on my carb as well as some other things, (they had it for literally 2 months but that's a different story) when I went to start it up and get it going around beginning of March, it was dumping fuel out of the carb. I called 3 times to try and talk to them. At first i was told it'll be 2 months before they have appointments. They said I could talk to the manager and maybe he could get me in sooner. I said great, have him call me. 2 days without a call, so I called again and was told the same thing. He'll call you back. Another few days and nothing so I call a third time. This time when the guy said "he'll call you back" I told them that this is the third time I've been told that. I could here him walk into the garage, say "it's a guy named Bo, old Harley?" Guy 2 "give me the phone" and then he hung up. They did work on my ducati before and it was good work. All I wanted was to have a discussion about why my bike had the same issues it had before and to see if they'd be willing to review their work (ended up taking it apart myself and found a stuck float, along with at least 2 missing screws. Remind you they just rebuilt the carb) instead I was ignored. You might get good work done here, but if there are any issues you can expect poor communication. You will always have to call them for updates. Even when my bike was done they didn't tell me until I called and asked if it was ready. Would recommend you find somewhere else to get work done.

Buying a motorcycle from Harky’s was a great experience. It was an easy, helpful, no pressure experience. I couldn’t have hand picked a better staff to work with. It felt like I was buying a bike off of friends that were just excited to help me get something I’d enjoy riding. I was lucky to find them. Highly recommend!

Just had another annual service appointment for my Panigale V4S at Harky's. Love this place! Staff is friendly and honest. Good value, even for Ducati. Service is fast. Keep up the great work guys--I hope you plan some Ducati rider events for 2024!

Jake did an excellent job on my 13 MTS 1200S PP. Old girl needed fork seals after a recent trip. Great service, great price. Just gotta try to stay out of their amazing showroom!
