First visit to this location. The young man at checkout was friendly, had a good attitude, and even loaded the item in the car when I moved to the curb. He did the same thing for the guy ahead of me. I don't know if this is normal, but it's a nice touch.

Hillsboro store is always clean and neat. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Usually can find good deals here on tools. Know your prices before you go though. Sometimes I can get a higher quality tool at the same price.

I really do like the Milford store way better than Beechmont. Everybody over here is friendly and very helpful. I’ve been in the new store about four times now.

The Milford store is nicer than Beachmont. Staff is friendly with plenty of help to guide you and answer questions.

Jeremy was my cashier and that dude is just a mouth breather behind a register. Rude and cost you any further purchases from me unless you all sort this out. So I lost everything including my tools in an apartment fire 40 days ago. When I got to the register with the restart of my tool collection I let the cashier know this info and asked if there was any kind of coupons or discounts that he could apply to my order. He told me everything if anything would be in my email and there was nothing he could do. I looked in my email at all and any harbor freight and found nothing. I used to get coupons in the mail all the time. I told him that. And his response to me was harbor freight stopped doing paper coupons 10 years ago. I know this to be a lie because I kept up with my tools and coupons for them. So I told him that was a lie straight to his face. To which he responded by telling me he had worked at harbor freight for 5 years. So basically the cashier Jeremy was just telling me whatever he wanted for whatever reason he wanted. I was not rude to this person. And I know for a fact in 2013....14...15, etc I was using paper coupons because a fair amount of my tool purchases as a semi truck owner operator came from harbor freight. Because of this I put it on Jesus himself that unless this is proven to be taken care of within 60 days I will not only stop purchasing anything from harbor freight, I will consider every purchase I made today not able to work for what I need it all for and will simply take it all back for a full refund.
