I'll drive hours to my favorite GameStop to get the Customer Service experience that everyone should deserve. This is how all companies should be. Attentive and helpful and understanding the customer needs. Great job to all that work there.

I feel like the manager their, his name is Adam was really helpful. He helped me save some money and helped me shop for the game stuff. I really appreciated that and I hope he gets a raise.

So i call back right, and i wanted to apologize to bc he was having a bad day but then he didn't answer so i don't recommend, and all i gotta say is hater gonna hate ig, i suggest to fire the employee he sounded like a dude

Went to Gamestop and purchased an Xbox series S and the guy there was arguing with me about getting the Series X. When I gave my opinion of why I wanted the S he kept shaking his head and furrowing his brow. He tried to made me feel like I was the ignorant in the room and clearly that was backwards. I did not like how I was being treated. Customer service sucks.

The clerk Micheal (shaved sides of the head) tried to help with me my purchases. I was trying to buy 2077. Upon me giving him the plastic game he told me that this game is unplayable and hasn't been patched in OVER( he said with volume) 1 year. I knew about cyberpunks issues and improvements. He probably just took me how he perceived me to be, not the typical nerd. I countered him on all his false objections and bought it anyway. It runs amazing on a ps4pro (he told me it was unplayable, but he also said he beat it on his slim lol) and cyberpunk 2077 was patched November 14th 2022. Don't trust people.
