This review is actually on behalf of my parents, who needed a new veterinarian for their cat, closer to their home. Not only were they able to get an appointment within a couple of days of contacting the practice, but the entire team at this practice were most welcoming, caring, kind and attentive. Dr. Gallardo and his staff are simply excellent!

Update: Less than a week later I needed a follow up, and I have to mention the professionalism and charisma of Dr. Gallardo, who himself sees every animal. He knows exactly what he's doing, and said himself; "I have the best team behind me in the world" which is exactly the type of passion and attitude I needed for me and my most loved animals. Five stars.

Bruce and the vet techs are all super kind. They work fast, and are sweet to all of my pets. I have and will forever recommend this Animal Hospital to everyone and anyone.

We've taken our ferrets bender and Leela to Dr.G for almost 2 years now hes always been extremely helpful and a wealth of knowledge in owning and taking care of ferrets and all other animals

I was not seeking services but trying to find very old records for an African Grey to be rescued. I talked with Monica and she was so polite and so very helpful. It's nice when you get that. Thank you.

I love the staff, they're so patient and kind with our pets. I also appreciate that they print out your bill before agreeing to treatment so you know what you're getting and can make adjustments if needed.

My husband and I just moved to the area and wanted to find a great veterinarian for our dogs. We took both of our beautiful dogs to Dr. Gallardo and they were able to see my dogs together in the same room! We loved that as it helped our dogs feel safe. They were able to get us in quickly and had our puppy neutered three days later!Dr. Gallardo was very thorough with both dogs and did not rush us. He answered every question and concern we had. I would drive to Dr. Gallardo from Indiana or Kentucky! I cannot recommend this place more. You will not regret it!!Thanks Dr. Gallardo and the entire staff!Laura, Keith, Teddy and George Beckerich

We took our dog here after he got fed garlic and herb chicken. We were so afraid of how much it was going to cost. Given his symptoms were all internally related, we thought we were going to have to take a loan out ??They got us in the following day, we have never been here since just moving to the area.First of all, the office is very cute, the employees were all so kind and it’s apparent they love their jobs.They checked out our little guy and said there was no need for X-rays or extensive testing. YAY!!! They prescribed him 2 medications and sent us on our way. All of this was a little more than $200. I was shocked. Probably not even a quarter of the cost we had expected.Our pup was better, as they said would happen, after a few days and now at almost, if not, a month later and it’s like nothing happened and that says a lot considering we thought we were watching him die right in front of us before taking him here.I should also mention our dog has extreme stranger danger and is not comfortable in new settings. But they did so great with him, he’s been trusting new people after this experience!!We will never go to another vet !! Absolutely love this place so much I wanted to leave a review lolKeep up the honest and amazing work y’all provided for us and our baby. We will always recommend this place to our friends and family.We’re so lucky to have chosen them!!

Dr G and all the staff are great. I've taken my dogs here since he took over from Dr Holmes and will never go elsewhere.
