I got rear ended and took my Honda for repairs. From estimate to picking up repaired car they were excellent with communication. And the repairs!! Oh my goodness, like it never even happened.

Absolutely amazing! They have fantastic customer service and do phenomenal work. I got hit and needed my bumper and some paint fixed, and the team at Frameworks made my car look brand new.
They constantly kept me updated on progress and had my car fixed earlier than expected. When I picked my car up, I found they had cleaned it inside and out—super nice touch!

Sergey and his team were awesome. I highly recommend this place. 3 months of dealing with a horrible insurance company who wouldn’t answer the phone, we finally got it done. Sergey helped me navigate through it all and deal with this insurance company. Thanks Sergey and their whole team! My car looks like nothing happened and looks even better than before. Hopefully I won’t need anything else done in the future but if I do, I’ll be going to Frameworks Collision!

I have had 3 car repairs over the last 5 years (Older folks like to back into me in parking lots it seems) and Sergei has always been professional, honest about the true eventual cost of repair, and accurate in predicting the pace of repair and insurance negotiation.

I can’t even describe how Sergay and his team fought for us and went above and beyond! Our vehicle was in a nasty t-bone collision right before Christmas Eve. Beechmont Ford tried to tell us our vehicle was fixable!! We brought it to Sergay as he was recommended to us by a friend, and he took our SUV apart and found things that could not be fixed and would be dangerous for us to even drive the vehicle. Sergay ended up getting our vehicle totaled and truly put us first! He didn’t care about making a dime off us or fixing stuff, he cared about the safety of our family. There are no words to explain what that means to us. Sergay thank you to your team, yourself and for making sure at the end of the day our family would be safe!!! We appreciate you so much and will never use another body shop again. You gained customers for life and we have 4 girls (1 that has her temps) so be ready :)

I was referred to Frameworks by another local business, After Warranty, after we got into a fender bender. Frameworks was such a great partner, advocating for us to get the best quality repair with our insurance company, doing high quality work, keeping us informed and doing it all at a very reasonable cost. I have never had such a great experience with a body shop. We have referred others to Frameworks and they say the same. Sergei was wonderful to work with - We will never go anywhere else!
