I recently rented from the Enterprise in Milford (at 275) and both my pickup and return were managed by Nate. The car I received had a minor issue that I shared with Nate upon my return. Nate went above and beyond in making sure that the minor issue was just that - minor. It was great to work with Nate and I look forward to working with him in the future. I highly recommend this Enterprise for all your car rental needs.

Best experience ever with a car rental. Milford location, Bryson, was awesome!! There were delays with the holidays and the extension from my insurance didn't go through in time. The fee was taken out of my bank account which led to over drafts. Bryson was on it!! He made sure the extension happened and bank fees ($40) were covered. Thank you Bryson!!

Rented a vehicle a week ahead of time. The day of pickup I Uber over to Enterprise only to be told they don’t have the truck I rented, any SUVs, or anything other than a Camry or a van. What’s the point of a reservation? The employee also lied stating they called me this morning to notify me, which wasn’t the case. I travel a lot for work and that will be the last time I book anything with enterprise.

I am appalled at the way we were spoke to at this location! Paying 600 dollars out of pocket for a rental and he was very snotty and rude while my crying baby was in the background, I think that bothered him!?!? I explained I was upset about the hidden 300 dollar deposit they make you pay, and don't tell you about until the day of pickup, and he hung up the phone on me talking about "I guess we don't have to provide you with service" because I expressed my concerns about them hiding a 300 dollar deposit until the day of people needing the car! This man was supposedly the "Manager" and if that's the kind of Customer service you get from the Manager then I'll take my money elsewhere!! So we went down the road to the Eastgate location and the Gentleman there got us in a nicer vehicle after we told him how we were treated at milford for no extra charge and took great care of us!!! Will never use the Milford location in the future or recommend to any of our family or friends!!

I recently had a mixed experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car during a 25-day rental period. While there were some positive aspects, there were also some significant issues that left me somewhat dissatisfied.**The Good:**1. **Initial Vehicle:** My rental experience started on a positive note with a spacious and comfortable car. It met my requirements and expectations, making the beginning of my trip smooth and enjoyable.2. **Customer Service:** The customer service representatives at the rental location were friendly and accommodating during the pick-up process. They answered my questions and ensured a hassle-free start to my trip.**The Bad:**1. **Unexpected Vehicle Change:** Ten days into my rental period, I received a call from Enterprise requesting that I return the initial car. They explained that it had been marked for sale, which was quite unexpected and inconvenient. This abrupt change disrupted my travel plans and left me feeling frustrated.2. **Downsizing:** To make matters worse, when I returned the first car, Enterprise provided me with a significantly smaller vehicle as a replacement. This new car didn't have the same level of comfort or space as the original one, which was disappointing. It felt like a downgrade without any prior notice or explanation.3. **Lack of Compensation:** Enterprise did not offer any compensation or discounts for the inconvenience caused by the vehicle change. It would have been appreciated if they had taken steps to make up for the disruption to my travel plans.In conclusion, my experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was a mixed one. While they initially provided a satisfactory vehicle and had friendly customer service, the unexpected vehicle change and downgrade left a sour taste in my mouth. It's essential for rental companies to communicate such changes in advance and offer appropriate compensation when they disrupt a customer's plans. If you choose Enterprise, I recommend double-checking the rental terms and conditions to avoid surprises during your trip.

Usually I have good experiences with enterprise but this time I picked up a car that had 9 miles to empty and the guy told me I had to wait 30 minutes before another person got there to fill it up. I had to be at work so I had to fill up on my way to work. Very inconvenient.

The staff was very pleasant. Greeted us as soon as we walked in. We worked with Anastasia and Bryson. They were both very helpful and kind. We will be back next time we need a car. Thanks ?

Decent location with plenty of cars (usually). They’re a little disorganized, but friendly. The car I rented was clean, with a full tank and they were able get me in and out of the location within a reasonable amount of time. I’ll continue to use this Enterprise Car Rental location whenever I’m around Milford and am in need of a reliable vehicle.

Extremely disappointed in the last of customer service. Needed to rent a car for work- didn’t care what car - just a car that drives. I was told only a van was available- ok, great! But that they could not match the booked rate. Of a car that was AVAILABLE on their website- where I booked the car. It didn’t say not available.The wanted to charge me 90 more for the rental. Riley was unprofessional and extremely rude.Lost a customer. I’m sure the associate doesn’t care; but I hope a branch manager does.
