I have experience with all the Stihl dealers in the area, so I can speak from real experience! This is the quickest best service of any other dealer in the greater cincinnati area. They will have your equipment fixed in minutes to just a few days. Unlike other dealers have way to much else going on! They keep it small and simple and it keeps the repairs quick and great turn around! Highly recommended!

Went to Mills in February to make arrangements for pick up of my mower. Did not hear from them and went there a total of 3 times over two months trying to get my mower repaired saying they would get to me in a week or two. Now July and have not heard a thing from them. Went to another repair shop and from first call till delivered back to me was only two weeks, I also had other things done to the mower and the final price came back cheaper than what Mills said was typical for the original repair. Not sure what has changed there, Last work I had done there was over $400 and was very happy with the work. Now cant even get them to call. Disappointed because I had my eye on a new commercial Toro ZTR and Doc was very helpful on the phone with my questions. Not going to buy an expensive commercial unit from them if I cant get anything fixed.

They not only fixed my chainsaw, they shored up my knowledge of its operation. They charged a reasonable fee for their service. The saw was finished within the time that was predicted.

Nice place good people although they don't work on toro grounds masters/diesel and were booked solid that's good for them to be busy though but not for me
