They failed to winterize our sprinkler system when we paid to do have it done. We were under the impression it was winterized. Broke a water line under our driveway. They offered us a warranty and then failed to follow through. Save your money & your lawn and go somewhere elseService: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Customer Service was horrible. I asked for someone to come out for an estimate for a job. Withheld that there would be a charge. A nice man came to tell me it would be 4-5 grand. K. Craig sent me an $85 bill for an hour and stated all companies charged when I got 2 other estimates that were free. I was charged an hour yet the gentleman was there less than 1/2 hour. I would have been fine being charged if I was told up front. The worst part was the rude emails that were sent to me.

When the irrigation system was installed, a leak was left in the yard causing a soggy drowned area in the lawn. It was pointed out each fall, and the owner blamed us for something different each time. The last time out, he appeared drunk, was very rude and raised his voice at my wife at his frustration of not knowing what was wrong, nor wanting to fix it. He stormed off refusing to fix it, acting like a woman should stay out of his way?Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

After three years since they installed our irrigation system and constant flooding in one area of the yard we had two other companies out looking to try to figure out what was wrong in our yard only to realize it was suggested it was the irrigation system leaking as most likely a joint was not correctly connected so we had them come out as we pointed this out all three seasons and it was shoved aside to be blamed on us for some other reason for the leakage, and the gentleman that came out was very rude, Talking on the phone to another Cohen employee trying to guess whether or not we had our system on yet this season and trying to guess whether or not we had anything new done in the yard in the area they could've caused it or things like that and I stood there on the driveway for about five minutes wanting to answer his questions but he did not see me. When I made the effort to try to get his attention he blew up and screamed at me and said hey lady I'm on the phone not talking to you and of course I got upset because I was only trying to help and I knew the answers to his obviously unknown questions and he stormed to his truck and left without fixing the problem as I believe they knew it was their problem and he did not want to deal with it but it was very unprofessional and rude and I would never recommend them to anyone else. Total flooded yard since first installed, and never fixed. (They always blamed the homeowners?)

Lady at the front desk was very rude. I was looking to put a sprinkler system in. I will look for a different company.

Recently we had a sprinkler system installed at our newly contracted home. We are very pleased with the quality and service we received from Design Rite. On day one of the installation the crew arrived at the appointed hour and introduced themselves individually. Mike, the crew supervisor, kept us informed as to what they had accomplished and what they planned to do on the next day. At the end of the installation he patiently went over the operating procedure and completed the initial set up of the system. Some damage to the lawn is inevitable during installation but due to their extreme care it was minimal. We had one small issue come up after several days of operation and it was quickly addressed and corrected.

This company designed and installed our system. They also do any maintenance and winterizing. Professional and on time. We upgraded our controller to a WiFi model this year. Well worth the money. Easy to use app on phone or tablet. I highly recommend this.
