“Cashier was rude but other than that everything was really nice. Always have. Love Kohl's I think prices are a little high but that's the way of the world right now. Love their clearance. Also wanted to say how happy I was when I found out the Milford Kohl's did not get rid of their jewelry. One of my favorite things about Kohl's is the jewelry, the pricing, the quality, and just everything about it. Most of the Kohl's that I've been are getting rid of their jewelry. Please keep it. I just love everything about the jewelry there and if it's theft there's a way you got to figure that out in order to keep it because it is really really nice. And all my friends too that I speak with are very saddened by the fact that the jewelry is just been disregarded. And I would have given you five stars had the cashier not been unpleasant but I realize people have bad days I've been in retail and the restaurant industry. Most of my life owned several businesses and there's you just need to put that at the door when you come in or talk to someone and just say you can't and I understand how that works but we all have bad days”
“They are very friendly. They were very helpful. The personalities are wonderful. The store is clean. I have had the experience that if I can’t find something I will ask somebody they will tell me where it is if they noticed my cane in that they offer to go get it and bring it back to me because I Have problems walking if they’re out of something and they can recommend something in place of it they do it’s very comfortable. Store and I do a lot of shopping as we call it. It’s the $100 or more store. And we love it”
