I'm actually shocked I have not written a review on Day Heights yet, because I absolutely adore them!! When we first moved to the area we tried 7 Hills because it was closest to our house, however they were so rude and tried to give my cat to some random person because they don't actually care about your pet. Then we found Day Heights and this RAISED THE BAR for my vet experiences. Every time we schedule they help us to see the same vet, regardless of it's the cat or the dogs that need an appointment. She knows us, knows our pets and treats them with us in mind. She's honest, gives advice for our puppy, is patient with her and just loves on her so hard. I've never met such a great care team. When I was being overly worried about my kitten getting a scratch they did not laugh me off or judge me, they took it very seriously, scheduled me right away and did a thorough inspection to help calm my worries. Even when we brought our puppy to the vet when bad diseases were in the area, they took every precaution to ensure my little girl was safe and would not come in contact with anything. I don't know what we would do without Day Heights. I cannot recommend them enough. They've been absolutely wonderful to our family.

As a pup mum, this clinic broke my heart. My girl was impaled-by what we think was a pipe yesterday and was bleeding out. The closest vet was Day Heights, so of course in an emergency, that is where we went. As I was applying pressure to her wound, my father (covered in my babes blood) ran in to tell the office of the life or death situation. The females at the counter were not only rude to him but said that they could not get her in anytime soon (as they took their time to look over the schedule.) Thankfully we were able to drive to Seven Hills where without question they began to care for her. The surgeon at Seven Hills was in surgery when we arrived, YET their staff made sure the bleeding was stopped and my pup was more comfortable. As someone who cares for their fur babies, I would not recommend Day Heights simply because their staff does not seem to care about others and their pets. People who show no sympathy or regard for people/fur babies should not be in this field.

We love how the people here care for our pets. Even my sister takes her pet here, whenever she visits my place ( she lives in different state).

I was really nervous switching to a new vet after my experience at the last place, but they have welcomed me in and made me feel heard in any concerns I’ve had. We’ve only had two visits but they’ve listened to me, answered my questions, and greatly informed me of any options that there might be for treatment. They work with me and I appreciate it.
I feel optimistic about staying here. The office is a lot quieter and kinder than the last place. I don’t dread phone-calls from them the way I used to with the previous vet, and that tells me all I need to know. They’re kind of a small office but they have a lot of heart in their midst. Definitely recommended.

This place has always been great. Caring staff and doctors, and they always get you in quickly. Very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!

My dog isn't feeling well at all. They fit me in right way. He may need the ER but they did everything they possibly could for him. Dr Manharth has been so helpful eventhough we don't know what's wrong yet I feel confident in her instructions and know what to watch for if my precious boy needs the ER. Thank you to the excellent staff who helped alot reasurring him during an iv and shots. Can't say enough! Thank you so much for caring and being so great at your jobs!

I really like this Veterinary office . They got my little Yorkie in the same day I called ,and i had little wait time before being called to see vet. Also I like that they dont push things on you .

I had to put my 16yr old yorkie down and they were so great they called and check on my family and sent a card . They are so awesome they helped me explain to my 5 yr old grandchild that his fav dog(he tryed to hide in his coat to take home evertime he came over ..lol) had died, I am so thankful . Thanks Day heights Veterinary doctors and staff . Your wonderful
