Very clean and up to date. Had both card and coin machines which I thought was very convenient. Plenty of space to sit inside as well. Pop machine and restroom on premises as well. Will definitely go back if in need while still in this area. Books to read or even take if you so wish.

A week ago I would have rated this laundromat five stars with all 10 of my Google accounts with no problem, as of where I stand today I'm only going to give it three stars. This is a nice convenient place to go, it's 24 hours, if you have any issues with the machines they have a complaint box where you can write to them and they will solve your problems pretty quickly, so those of you that are commenting on machines taking $10-$15 and these crazy amounts, I'm sure they would gladly solve your problem or at least look into it, because as a customer, even I find it hard to believe that you were silly enough to keep entering more coins into a machine that already took more than $2 - $3 from you. Although I'm sure a crazier thing has happened.I'm a third shift person, so this place is convenient, has a spacious amount of room and plenty of machines. Vending machines, soda machines, bookshelf with some books and magazines, since the remodel they have an even better selection of washers and dryers which is awesome. Unfortunately I went in here the other night to do my laundry per usual put all my clothes in the machines and walked to the bathroom to be informed by someone sitting there at the tables at the bathrooms now close at 6:30 p.m. because of the new owners trying to crack down on homeless people and things like that. Everything about this laundromat was perfect up until that happened. I loved that the utility sink in the bathroom made things a little easier to pre-wash my whites as well as being able to use the bathroom when necessary, mainly because this is a place where you don't want to leave your stuff unattended for obvious reasons, for which I understand, however you guys have notes posted all over stating don't leave your clothes unattended. If I could come in at a "normal time" I would but my job doesn't allow it. So I was stuck waiting for my $60 worth of laundry to finish washing and drying, before having to run out, without folding my clothes because I can't use the bathroom anymore. I will definitely be looking for a new place. I know the bathroom doesn't seem like much but when you're a lady, have a third shift job, and live in Clermont county where cops harass you 24/7, especially if you're driving late at night, makes it the opposite of convenienty'all just lost an immense amount of brownie points for that.Although I'm sure I won't find one that fits every need ...using the bathroom is kind of hard to pick and choose when yew want that to happen.

It was clean and the machines work. The dryers do not dry over hot. I tend to go not in the hot setting because I have got my clothes burnt before. Not here. Had to move up to hot to get my clothes dry.
