The lady was working on my nails, my moms nails, and another girls nails at the same time. Made my thumb nail look like a toe nail and saw that the gel paint was peeling when I got out of the shower. Pls don’t come here?

I have been going here for years and I honestly think some of the negative comments are unfair. I usually get my nails done by Kim and she does a wonderful job. All the other ladies that work do good work. Yes, sometimes it gets busy and the wait may be a while (even with an appointment), but personally I have nothing but positive things to say. The owners work extremely hard and they are a very nice family. Just give them a try and see for yourself.Services: Manicure

Favorite nail place ever. Decided to try them about a year ago after I had multiple bad experiences with ambiance. I'm sure all the technicians are great but I had Theresa the first time and haven't used anyone else. She always goes above and beyond and everyone always asks me where I get my nails done.

Stopped in to get a balance, and 2 nails replaced.. I let the technician know I didn’t want to lose the length and I liked the shape I had (square).. the tech was rude, rushing, and so rough that she broke my nail while buffing it, she then proceeded to bend it til it broke my natural nail as well. I told her to stop bending it due to pain (should be obvious) she got an attitude and told me to leave without my nails being corrected or finished. The shape was a mess, the lengths were uneven, my nails were lumpy and awful. I went back to get them removed (i work with my hands) and a different tech didn’t want to remove them properly, and ripped several of my natural nails. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! My fingers are throbbing and in such bad shape my regular technician isn’t going to be able to do them for weeks.
