Well organized store with helpful staff. They need to open their restroom to the public, especially customers who are not feeling well and are waiting for prescriptions to be filled.

Man it doesn’t matter what I’m looking for, be it a skin care item or a pack of gum, whenever I go there the specific product I’m looking for is out of stock, it’ll be in stock at the other stores around the area but I live right next to this one on 131 (seriously walking distance) and it would be so much more convenient if they kept their inventory stocked.

I was the only one in line, filled out my info to get my medication 2 girls Ruby & Harley was laughing and talking while looking at me then I said can someone get my medication please and Ruby said we’ll be with you in a minute and then continued the conversation with Harley about their friend. I’m switching to Walgreens unless corporate calls me and let me know that they will be warned of their rudeness and handled appropriately. Yes I’m calling corporate because of how she said it.

Employees at the store need customer service training. They are consistently rude and condescending. This includes pharmacy as well as store employees. It’s no wonder all of the CVS stores are closing Do better as a company

Pharmacy is understaffed. 20-25 minutes to wait in drive thru for a script that is ready is normal here. Very frustrating. Corporate really needs to make an effort to staff these stores and better training and systems so things move faster.
