Love my car but I will never shop there again. There were follow up issues and Mike was extremely condescending and rude. Very disrespectful customer service.

Crossroads has nice cars; however, we were not greeted on the lot when we went to look at cars. I know this is supposed to be a low pressure sales approach, but a greeting from someone and a let me know what I can help with would be nice. We test drove several different cars and narrowed it down to two. When we came back in from the last test drive, the salesman asked how things went and we told him we were interested in two different cars and asked what the best price was he could give us. He informed us that prices are fixed and they dont negotiate prices but then proceeded to ask us if we were going to pay cash or finance. Why was he even asking that before we had even decided on one specific car? Then on their website it says Get todays price. I submitted our contact information and received a phone call and a text message asking if I wanted to set up an appointment. I said I was interested in Todays price on a specific car. He wanted to know where I saw the todays price - on ******** or some other website? I said it was on Crossroadss website. He said ******, and that prices are fixed and that the price of the car is whats on the website plus tax, title, and doc fees (doc fees another bullcrap fee just to charge you for paperwork). Hes either using protective stupidity or he doesnt even know whats on their website. I responded:Then you should remove "Get Today's Price" from your website since your prices are fixed and stop using it as a ploy to collect people's contact information. Do me a favor and lose my email and phone number. This dealership is just as slimy as the rest of them if not more because they act like you should be begging them to buy their car. I went to a different dealership and bought a comparable ***** for less without the bull and no doc fees.

I called and talked with Brandon about a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. After speaking to him, I decided to drive the hour to take a look and test drive the van. Brandon information was good. The van checked out and we were able to come to terms. I worked with Brandon and Dave and felt they treated me fairly and honestly.

Bought a Volvo 3 years ago to the day. 30,000 miles later she's still running strong. (I got lucky.) Brandon was my sales rep and he treated me with respect and was easy to communicate with. I made a three hour drive to trade in my vehicle and was surprised to find the car I was purchasing had more cosmetic imperfections than noted and they didn't "detail" the car all that well. Also, the sales manager wouldn't cooperate with anyone other than the loan officer at my CU. Very strange and the man was disrespectful. I somehow managed to remove the floor mats during my inspection of the car and he shipped them to me the next business day. That was nice. As with any dealer, know the car you're buying.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR LOT!!! I have now been waiting 3 months for my title for a car which I bought IN CASH. This is illegal. Titles are to be given within 30 days of purchase. Then when I went to them to figure out what was going on with my title, they have been very unprofessional and quite honestly, trashy businessmen.
