This place sucks!!! Lisa messed up my phone twice. The clientele speaks volumes! Went in there one day and had to leave, reaked of pot! The manager feed me nothing but excuses.

I've used Cricket for 9 years now. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Store is clean. I never have to wait long. And if there is ever an issue they take care of it right away. My only complaint is the price of cell phone cases and accessories, too much.

The cricket store on State route 28 is pretty awesome I had a young lady named Hannah who was very polite very professional I got into my phone and hit something I should have probably not I could not get back out of it however the young lady was awesome and so is the store so I suggest if you have any problems with a cricket phone visit the cricket store on 28th

I learned my lesson. No more online-only mobile phone carriers (I'm talking to you Mint Mobile!?). Great price for in-person customer service (we bought the 5GB $30/mo. package). They had no problem with bringing our own *unlocked* phone (Google Pixel 4a) and porting our current phone number from our previous carrier and activating our new Cricket plan on the spot! (just make sure you know the PIN associated with your account on your current carrier if you want this to happen) Cricket's brick and mortar store was perfect. Small but clean shop on route 28 with nice product presentations. Good customer service, too.

We have been going to this location for at least 10 years. We normally have four to five lines on our account and have purchased several phones just in the past two years. For the most part, it is usually a pleasant experience. Today, I dealt with the older lady with the straight, blond hair. It was NOT a good experience. We have delt with her before a few times over the years. Other than making a payment, we try not to go there when she is at the desk. She seems to complicate things.Today, I wanted to add the EBB Program to my account. Before I could do that, information in the account had to be updated. She was expressing her difficulty out loud. After waiting and listening to her go on like she didn't know what she was doing, I asked her if I was able to make the changes on-line. After repeating myself for the second time, a second employee even tried to explain it to her. Again, I told her if she couldn't change the account information, I could pull my account up on-line from my phone and try to change it myself. (If the account information wasn't updated, she wouldn't be able to apply the EBB Program). She was then speaking to me with attitude and told me that it had nothing to do with Cricket. What? So, I repeating myself for the third time. By now, I did have an attitude of frustration. How can updating my account information have nothing to do with Cricket? At that point, she said if I was going to act like that she was not going to help me. She handed me my ID back and told me to handle it myself. By that time, I wish I had just called Cricket. I told her I would be going to another Cricket store and I would not be back. I also told her for someone to be in customer service that she did not listen very well and she was rude.

I been with them for a long time. They are easy to talk to them. If I have a problem with my phone, they fix it. There is one of the ladys that works at cricket we like her a lot.
