I asked the gentleman in the store to weigh my silver. He said he didn't mean to insult me. I knew the spot I asked a question and he gave me an honest answer. Have dealt with them a few times. They are always honest and fair.

I am all about buying local and loyalty but when you get 20% less (from them as well) for the same thing sold only days later and silver is actually higher something is wrong. Left my phone number 3 different times wanting a price on something in the case or items they got later that day and never got a call back. I USED to go here 2 to 3 times monthly and spent a decent amount of money (not a baller but not a small fish) but NEVER again. HORRIBLE customer service I would suggest going elsewhere. Not asking for much but couldn't get any of it, it's like you are inconveniencing them when I USED to go in.
