If like me. you haven't been to the movies in a long time, this theater will reward your return with a great experience. Comfortable seating with lots of snacks and drink options. Hanging out on the couch with netflicks is cool, but sometimes you just gotta go to the movies!

Nicholas, at the front ticket counter, was very friendly and professional. Went to the concession stand and ordered popcorn layered with plenty of butter and an Icee. The cashier made my Icee and sat it on the back counter next to the popcorn pit where it could start melting. He scooped a whole bucket of popcorn and put a lot of butter on top. When I reminded him it was supposed to be layered, he proceeded to play with the popcorn by sticking a straw in it to run butter into the straw intending for the butter to run down into the popcorn. At this point I was irritated cause we were missing the beginning of the movie. Not too happy with this visit! 4/20/24 New visit. Much better than the last time, but still not much butter on the popcorn!

Went to see the “one night only” screening of Pearl Jam: Dark Matter and the sound in the theater was awful! Everyone was yelling to turn it up because it was so quiet. It sounded like only the front speakers were on, no surround sound. Felt like I was in a friend’s living room listening to a cheap boombox. Finally someone got up and asked a worker to turn it up. Who then turned it down lower, then back up barely louder than it was to begin with. So disappointing!

We recently visited Cinemark Milford 16 to catch 'Kung Fu Panda 4' and had a very pleasant experience overall. The ticket prices were reasonable, costing around $25 for a family of four, which is quite a bargain. We also indulged in the snack bar, opting for an extra-large popcorn with free refills, an extra-large drink, two kids' drinks, and some candy, all of which set us back another $25. Considering the total cost, it was a great deal for a family movie outing.The movie itself was decent and enjoyable, which definitely added to the experience. There's also a small arcade area outside the theaters, which was a fun touch, though I did have a minor issue with a claw machine that didn’t function properly and lost a dollar to it. Despite that hiccup, the facilities were clean and the staff was quite helpful, though not overly friendly. A standout moment was when the staff member who prepared our popcorn offered to layer the butter— a small but appreciated gesture.My children had a blast playing several games in the arcade afterward, especially discovering their new love for air hockey, reminding me of my own youth.Overall, despite a small disappointment at the arcade, I would rate our experience 4.7 out of 5 stars. The thoughtful service and good overall value make Cinemark Milford 16 a spot we'll return to.

Seats are comfortable and concession is pretty quick. Prices are about what you'd expect from a theater these days.

This theater has comfortable seating and good technology to view and hear the movies. Food is a little pricey, so use the app to gain points and offset that a bit.

This Cinemark is a nice local theatre in a convenient location. Friendly staff, halls and bathrooms are always clean and refreshments are good too. My disappointment comes from the lack of noise insulation between theatre rooms. I saw Killers of the Flower Moon and I could hear Five Nights at Freddy’s playing VERY loudly next door. Needless to say I didn’t have a good movie viewing experience that day.Overall, I feel like this theater could use a good remodel, including but not limited to; better sound system & insulation, new seating (recliners please!) and I would love to see this location add IMAX screens.
