“The staff at the Milford SR 28 are absolutely fabulous, with the exception of the new manager, who needs an attitude check. My 87 year old father has been using this branch since he moved to Miami Township 12 years ago, and is always greeted by staff with a smile, and by name. Unfortunately, the two times he has interacted with the new manager, she has been condescending and snippy, as if he is bothering her.”

“We've been with Center Bank in Milford for years. Always friendly & helpful service! I've had no issues with our personal or business accounts here. Have also had things notarized for free as a customer. We left all our big business bank accounts because they didn't align with our values (they help fund oil pipelines in native land, etc.). We are more comfortable with a smaller bank that actually knows who my family is.”
“I have to say the guys at the Milford branch were on top of it! My debit card was compromised and they were quick to get everything straightened out and a new card generated and the fraud papers filed for me. I didn't catch their names but I do want to give a shout out to them. Good work!!”

“Im a local business operator and I use this branch as well as the Wards Corner Kroger branch. I have never received anything but top notch service and kindness. I have health issues and walking inside is a task for me sometimes, so I use the bank drawer in the drive thru. I have sent several hundred daily deposits and transactions to many different tellers over the 11 years and have never had any issues. Sometimes maybe the customer should be a little more patient and polite. Goes a long way. I know if your rude to me I give it back .. even while smiling . Love you guys See you Monday!!”
