Never been here before and made a special trip to check it out after reading the reviews. I must have stopped in on the day when the helpful people were off. I didn't even get a greeting or let me know if you need anything. Actually I mentioned to the lady with no name tag that I had recently lost a lot of weight and wasn't sure of my size. Ms. No Name said, "Well, I guess you have to try things on." Duh! Ok. Clearance rack was ok, everything else slightly high prices.

Although I am not a regular shopper here, my wife goes to the store and also orders online. I went in to pick up one of her orders, and the staff were very courteous and helpful in completing the process so I could take them item home.

I absolutely love walking into this store, I can find some of the cutest clothes at a fair price!! and last minute too!! Beautiful cosmetic jewelry to boot!!! who wouldn't want to shop here?? I would go here before Target or anywhere else any day!!

They charged my card twice and I still left the store without any items. I was told the transaction didn't go through and had been voided. Just to find out later that evening when checking my banking app that they did in fact process the transaction and charged me twice. When I stopped in the following day to get the issue resolved, I was rudely told to call my bank, she couldn't help me with that. Unbelievable! The worst customer service EVER!

Lynda & Nancy are always very nice. They welcome you to the store. Not like the other workers who make you feel like that they are doing you a favor by being there working behind the counter. Glenda and Nancy always ask you if they can help you find something and tell you if you need any help please let them know they really roll out the red carpet for you when you walk through the store but the other workers I wouldn't give you two cents for any of them. I have been done so wrong by Cato's store that the only reason that I chose to come back in there and shop was because of the lady named Linda and the other lady named Nancy very very nice . But I can tell you this after what Cato's has done to me at the Milford store I will not be back in that store and shop no more

I was plus size ( 16-18) 5 yrs ago, and that's why l learned of this store, I went down to size 8 and still shopping there. I really love their clothes, l used to work an office and l dressed up from there, because reasonable prices!

Love this store. Drive over from cincinnati. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Price are reasonable. One of the only places that carry wide leg pants.
