I think the owner may be part saint. TWICE now he has gone ABOVE & BEYOND with courtesy & kindness that surpasses mere professionalism. His ethics speak to his character as a human being and man of his word. If you are looking for a shop you can trust to be dependable, trustworthy and also kind, then this is your shop if you live in the area. And even if you don’t, this place and these people are well worth the drive.

May post a more detailed review later; for anyone interested in all details, look for it. Nonetheless, if I can't fix it or figure out what's going on, they are my go to. Resolved a few major issues for me, and I prefer to go there for all routine maintenance as well. They are family owned and accredited by the Better Business Bureau as the tristate's most bad@$$ mechanic shop (my words not theirs)

Carworx in Milford ohio. What can I say about it. I have been coming here for years. And that's not an exaggeration. I ended up here when an old car that was passing on to my son needed to be fixed. At the time this was owned by the dad. He was super sweet nice and very knowledgeable and fix my son's car and it's still running to this day. I gave him that car when he was 16 years old he's now 25. And it's because of the great work that carworx has done. Here I am several years later with a much newer car and I still come to see them. I've since moved out of the city and I still let them be the only ones to work on my car. Since that time I've gotten married and my husband likes to work that they do as well. And he has also traveled from the city that we currently live in, here to Milford just to have his car serviced . Gary is a super great guy, very knowledgeable mechanic he and his staff do great work .I absolutely cannot say enough about this place. If you want honest hardworking and good repairs this is the place for you.

I started my career working at this family run business, and it’s still my benchmark for what an honest, ethical repair business should be.I also like that they’ve adapted to the times and are offering pickup and delivery service options. By far the best option for car repair in Milford!
