My only issue was it was hard to find the entrance to the service center. The main gate for the dealership part was close, so it was hard to get back there being our first time going. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and Mike made this out of state purchase extremely simple. He FedExed my wife and i the paperwork to sign, sent it back to him, and the car hauler picked the car up the day after he received the paperwork. There was no typical saleman bs of back and forth negotiolating, or any surprise addons/markeups. I wish all car dealerships would be this friendly and make buying a car this simple. “This rating is for Jacob at the Mason location ONLY. My experience with Enterprise and a mechanical issue started at 6pm on Friday. From there every single agent I spoke to was apologetic but no better than the last one. No one did anything but blame everyone else and transfer me. We had to drive ourselves an hour away on Sunday morning to pick up another car after they picked the faulty one and failed to bring us one.”

“The car wasn't ready when we arrived. We had to wait about 30 minutes. Then the car was dirty. The guy said he had just gotten it back, which he has no control over. But we liked the car and there weren't any mechanical issues. I think there should be more than 1 guy working there though. He can only do so much alone.”
“I went in for a rental at the Norwood Ridge Road location and the vehicle that I reserved was left on empty from the previous renter, so the agent that assisted me, Amon'te, waived the gas fee for me and told me not worry about it. He was also very concise when explaining their policy, and he explained everything in a way that wasn't overwhelming (especially for a first time renter). The agent that assisted me with my return, Carrie, was super friendly and attentive. She seemed genuinely interested in my rental experience with Enterprise. She even addressed me by my first name. As someone who used to work in the customer service field, simple things like addressing customers by their first name is a way to make them feel valued. Top tier customer service from both people. Should I ever have to rent again, it's going to be from the Ridge Road location. They made my first rental experience really easy. 10/10!”

4616 Aicholtz Rd, Cincinnati“First rental car was cooler than the second. Both vehicles definitely feel luxurious to someone like me who always drives used vehicles of at least a decade old. I did try to bring that first rental back at the exact time I picked it up. So I had it 12 24 hour periods. Thought that would be 12 days exactly. Nope! They charge by calender days, so remember this when renting from them. Fuel efficient vehicles. Cost me less than 30 dollars to fill the tank on this second vehicle, they were wanting to charge me almost 50.00 to not have to fill it upon returning it. That is definitely a rip off, so fill the tank yourself! The whole tank filling issue was not addressed with my husband on our first rental so the information was not passed along to me when I returned that vehicle minus only a quarter tank I'm sure the rental agency chose to keep our 50 dollar deposit. Staff was very friendly on the upside. Just keep all, these things in mind. I had never rented before and our insurance only would cover 24days. I chose not to use this consecutively and returned the first over the holiday while off work. Hope this has been helpful. ?”
