Extremely knowledgeable staff and very friendly and helpful. Fantastic selection of plants, trees etc. Expected to pay more than big box stores due to the higher quality and selections but was happy to see they were the same price. Highly recommend you visit this place. Very organized and very nicely kept.

Bethany and Dave in the garden center were both very helpful and courteous. Although they were extremely busy, they seemed to be running the whole place with ease. The employees who were outside were also very helpful. Great selection of nice plants.

Terrible Service! Showed up hours late for delivery. Delivery lady was very rude when addressing concerns. Spoke to offer, manager reluctantly took off $20. Delivery person never gave a receipt. I called back over 4 times for a receipt ad they refused to provide one for the cash purchase. Shady operation- Your money will be more appreciated with another company!

First of all, the people here are the nicest people you will ever meet. You will know what I mean if you visit. Second, their selection of rocks is like no other place in the Cincinnati area and I did visit everybody else. You can't tell that by a driveby but rather must get out and walk the yard to see it. In fact, I had given up finding what I was looking for but luckily stumbled on Bzak. Don't buy rocks until you visit here first and see what the best is.
