Bob did a great job for me. He repaired three different damaged areas of my carpet with plugs, and they look perfect. I can't tell it was ever repaired. Bob was very professional and personable.

I was visiting my aunt from out of state and my dog ate her carpet, the padding, and part of the tack strip. I called Bob based on the Google reviews, and he came out the next day. He completed the repairs for the cost he quoted me, my aunt was very happy with his work, and I didn't need to replace a room of wall to wall carpet. Bob, thank you for the prompt service, great work, honest and reasonable pricing! I am thrilled that she was so happy!

Bob was AWESOME!! We needed to have two small bubbles in our carpet in a large one floor condo removed. The bubbles were in a tricky area and another carpet company initially told us it could not be done. I found Bob and he immediately scheduled a consultation and came out and told us it could be done. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel confident that it would be done right. He completed the service and it came out great. He met all of our expectations and was so speedy. I would recommend him and use him again!!

Excellent work! I needed my carpet repaired in a doorway from cat damage. Bob responds quickly and was able to schedule me right away. His price was better than the other contractors I received estimates from. He was right on time, very professional, and did fast, top-quality work. If I need work again, he'll be the only person I call!

Was selling my house a few months ago and needed a carpet repair. Found Bob online and thought I would give him a call. Kind of unprofessional answering his phone with “Hello?” instead of his business name. Wasn’t sure I had the right number until I asked. He agreed to come out the same day for which I was impressed, however, thought the service charge was a little much. Once he was done, I thought the job was just mediocre (he just stretched the carpet). I really didn’t like the fact that he left the mess for me to clean up! I guess the high service fee just covers a speedy response. Everything else was just OK

Bob showed up,he carried his tools in look the job over that started with an excellent job of stretching the bedroom carpet brought the sliders to move the furniture that was required place looks like the carpet Is brand new. His price can't be beat. Very professional

Mr. Haines gave us a free, reasonable estimate for fixing the buckling in our hall carpet. He arrived on time, and perfectly eliminated the buckling all the way down the hall-- all in less than an hour. Fantastic job!!
