I’ve referred many people to Big Red Appliance because I like supporting local owned business. Today was my first trip there personally. Tim helped me over the phone. All I had to do was show up and pay for my daughter and son-in-law’s new oven! I will definitely be back!

So far we have purchased a dishwasher, mattress, sheets, and a bed frame. Everything has always been in stock and ready to take home the same day. We love that we are supporting a local family owned small business!! Go Big Red!!

I called about an appliance I wanted to purchase. Told the sales agent that I needed to speak to my wife and I'd call back within a half hour.I called back about ten minutes later and requested to speak with the sales representative I had spoke to ten minutes prior. I was put on hold for approximately ten minutes and then informed that my sales agent was with another customer and would promptly call me back when he was available.No return call ever occurred. I even called back two times (1× a day later!) and still no reply.We took our business elsewhere (big box store) and are very happy. This is a sad shame because we were trying to support "small/local businesses" in our area!I refuse attemping to force feed my hard earned money to a small, local business that does not respect customers enough to return a call!Question: If it's this difficult to receive a return call for a guaranteed sale ... how much importance will they put on returning your call AFTER the sale?? ?My advice = DON'T waste your time! Go elsewhere!

These guys are great to work with. Their service and prices are great. Tim took care of an issue we were having which he was under no obligation to and for that, we are grateful. I highly recommend these guys.

The big red appliance machine ! This place is awesome. The people are so friendly helpful and their prices are unbeatable. We recently had to get new appliances for two places, and even their new prices couldn’t even be touched by the other big box stores for the same exact unit. The one refrigerator we got hadn’t come in yet and we were there picking up all the rest of them so the owner said that he would go ahead and upgrade to a nicer stainless French door unit for the same price so that was a no-brainer if you need new appliances or even scratch and dent ones for a rental or flip this place is it! We’re close, but even if you weren’t, it would be worth the drive.

We were referred to Big Red and are we ever glad we were. Hadn’t heard of them but believe me we will tell everyone who will listen how great they are. We were looking to replace 28 year old refrigerator and dishwasher and a 50 year old stove and range hood. Everything was working but having refinished our kitchen, the white appliances just didn’t work. We wanted stainless steel. We were blessed to have Damon wait on us and he introduced us to a relatively new line called Beko. We were very impressed and after doing our research decided we wanted to buy this line of appliances. Just like everyone has stated, you’re made to feel welcome as soon as you enter the store. We were called by name which to me is a big thing. We are scheduled to receive our order but have no doubt the items will be a huge upgrade to our new kitchen. Thanks so much to Damon and Tim for such outstanding customer service and for the awesome pricing.

Absolutely first class experience. There is something to be said about shopping local and not at the big box stores. Our washer was delayed due to weather. But they made it right and owned up on the delay. We will be a lifelong customer.

Recently, we had our dryer unexpectedly go out on us leaving us with wet clothes we had to take of in a hurry. We searched online looking for a good but affordable dryer & then I decided to check Facebook marketplace as well to see if anything looked appealing. I saw a great deal on a new dryer which I felt was too good to be true. We had never heard of Big Red's but it's only about 10-15 mins from our house so we called them & went to check it out. We left soon after with the new dryer & will definitely be back when whenever we may need other items. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Family owed, small vibe with great products & prices! Highly recommend!

We were looking for a new washer and dryer set and started communicating with Damon via Facebook messenger, which really made things easy. We were invited to come in and look around and they had a deal going on with a set that was better than what we were looking for and at a cheaper price. When we asked about some accessories, not only did they have what we needed, they gave us a great deal on that as well. There is a charge for delivery, but that also includes all of the parts needed when they do installation. We went with a 6 year warranty, which we don't typically do, because they also gave us a deal on that, which when you consider our savings to that point, was a no brainer. The store was clean, the entire staff was amazing and spoke to us like we were family, and the experience was far more than we could have hoped for. We cannot recommend this family owned business enough if you are looking for any home needs. We are looking to do some more projects over the winter months and there is only one place we will go to from here out. Home Depot and Lowes cannot even compare with this business. Thanks Damon and thanks to all the others in the store that were helpful and welcoming.
