I stopped in on July 4th and Joe was so helpful, friendly and knew what he was doing. He helped put my new battery in, two filters and my windshield wipers and I really couldn’t thank him enough. The manager on duty was also very nice and if Joe had any questions he was there to help him. I also want to say that I went into Dodge to get a oil change and they let me know I needed all of the above and it was going to cost me $275 more than what AutoZone was charging me so definitely glad I did not allow the dealership to con me into getting the items and again thank you Joe at the Milford Ohio store ?

Dustin was so helpful and personable. It was so clear to me that he likes helping people. I’m always scared that because I know nothing about cars that someone will take advantage of me and try to sell me something that I don’t need, but Dustin was straightforward and kind. I felt very relieved and was really appreciative of how he went out of his way to help me with a very tricky and labor-intensive battery issue I had. Thanks Dustin!

I think they take the number one spot for having the worst app. 1yr parts warranty .they seem to be best we have in Milford. 1Weekend employee is lazy , an avoids customers he had to go talk a friend while checking out left me standing .

Wasn’t sure if I had an engine problem only or an engine problem as well. Gentleman that helped me was awesome. Ran diagnostics check and checked the battery. Installed the battery quickly and was incredibly pleasant. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

Went in with a battery issue. The Manager and assistant Chris were beyond helpful and made a stressful process go very smooth. Chris went out his way to assist and install new Battery without me asking. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable when i asked any questions. I felt the need to leave a review bc customer service is becoming more rare these days and when given excellent service, it should be known by the companies higher ups and any future customer considering this shop. Keep up the amazing job guys and appreciate all your help. Definitely recommend doing business with them.
