One of the only handyman services I have been happy with! Very professional. I usually have small odd jobs and they do exactly as I ask! I like that I can text to book as well, it’s easier for me. They probably aren’t dirt cheap, but they’ve never let me down.

Being new to the Milford area, it's so good to find a reliable, friendly local handyman business. Our project was for removing and installing 2 toilets. I set up the appointment with Rita and she sent two handymen, Dave and Moe, who were punctual, courteous and did a great job. We noticed one of the toilets was wobbly after a couple of days of installation, so I called back to get the issue resolved. Rita apologized and sent repairmen within 2 hours the same day and resolved the problem at no extra charge! We appreciate their professionalism and integrity in making sure the job is done right. My husband and I would definitely recommend All Around Joe LLC for future home repair projects.

Very unprofessional they came to do work once and I payed then it wasn’t until later that I realized that 50% of the work I payed them for wasn’t ever done. After i contacted them they came back and fixed a few of the things they left out and were supposed to come to fix those later but haven’t answered emails or came back to finish the job. Un professional and a joke I should be asking for my money back but instead I’d rather just warn others to not get scammed like I did. Even when they were given a list of items and images of what to be worked on and still never finished the job instead they took my money and did a garbage job.

Started off well. Never finished detail work, put in a new, albeit 5 year old furnace/AC the warranty had expired when his “guy” installed it, and by the way, I’m in the process of replacing the furnace now. Also, installed the tubing of the AC unit backwards, which turned out to flood my basement, then deny there was an installation problem. Tried charging me extra for work negotiated in contract. If you use him, watch everything he or his crew does. I was naive and “trusted him”.

He came on time, early even, and had our shutters up in less than an hour. We are getting our house ready to sell and we needed this project done fairly quickly, they were able to come out in less than a week after our first contact. Would definitely hire again!

Joe was prompt and professional. He responded quickly and completed a project that another contractor had not been able to finish. He was very considerate of my desire to have the problem resolved quickly, he was respectful our home and communicated clearly what needed to be done and of his timeframe. They’ve done a couple tiling projects for us and we’ve been extremely pleased! They are extremely accommodating, professional, tidy, very personable. So nice to find quality workmanship willing to work on small jobs and at reasonable rates! Bravo! Will definitely continue to use them and recommend!
